流程优化经理岗位职责

【工作内容】
- 制定并实施流程建设整体规划，包括流程架构设计、实施步骤、时间安排及资源需求；
- 开展业务现状调研，收集并分析现有业务流程资料，识别问题与改进空间；
- 定期评估现有业务流程，发现瓶颈与低效环节，提出优化建议；
- 将业务需求转化为可落地的优化方案，兼顾效率提升、风险控制与员工适应性；
- 推动优化方案落地，通过试点推广、变革管理与持续监控确保成果有效执行；
- 建立流程绩效指标，定期评估优化效果并持续改进；
- 协调组织与IT系统，推动流程与系统的高效适配，提升整体运营能力。

【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验，有大型制造业背景优先，熟悉华为方法论者优先；
- 熟悉ISC/LTC等流程逻辑，了解流程七要素及L1-L6定位；
- 精通4A架构，尤其是业务架构设计；
- 具备较强的项目管理与变革管理能力；
- 沟通协调能力强，能跨部门协作推进项目；
- 学习能力强，具备创新意识，熟悉AI技术应用者优先。

一、核心工作职责
1. 流程诊断与分析/流程全生命周期管理
• 主导公司流程管理成熟度评估及流程建设现状盘点，规划年度流程建设工作方向与重点；
• 主导跨部门流程诊断与优化，识别NPI，生产运营、供应链、质量管理等核心环节的痛点，制定标准化改善方案并推动落地；
2. 优化方案设计与落地/流程运营优化管理
• 结合企业战略目标，设计 TO-BE 未来流程方案，融入精益管理、六西格玛、BPM（业务流程管理）等方法论，平衡效率、成本与风险；
• 负责主导责任板块流程管理体系搭建，包括流程架构设计与优化、流程清单及流程责任人确定、建立与优化流程运作机制、流程运行挖掘与评估；
• 协调跨部门资源（如业务部门、IT 部门、财务部门），推动优化方案的试点与落地，明确各阶段目标、责任部门、时间节点，推动方案分步实施，全程跟踪落地进度，及时解决实施过程中的阻力（如部门抵触、资源不足等）；
3. 流程监控与持续改进/流程持续改进管理
• 搭建流程绩效指标体系（KPI），组织开展业务流程诊断与审计，推进流程持续优化和推动绩效改进
• 关注行业流程优化发展趋势（如数字化 SIOP、AI 驱动的需求预测、端到端供应链协同），引入先进理念与工具，持续推动企业流程升级，保持流程的竞争力；
• 评估并引入适合企业的数字化工具（如需求预测软件、供应链计划系统），协调 IT 部门完成工具部署与集成，指导相关人员使用工具提升流程效率；
4. 跨部门协调与项目管理/跨部门协同与赋能
• 作为跨部门流程优化项目的负责人，协调各业务单元利益，化解冲突，确保项目按计划推进；
• 协调解决跨部门冲突（如销售部门追求高订单交付率、生产部门关注产能稳定的矛盾），平衡各部门利益，确保流程始终围绕 “企业整体利益*大化” 运转；
• 制定项目预算、风险预案，向上级汇报项目进展与成果，争取资源支持；
• 对接高层管理者，将流程优化成果与企业战略对齐，推动流程优化纳入企业长期规划。
二、任职要求
1. 学历与专业背景
• 本科及以上学历，管理学、项目管理、企业管理、供应链管理、工商管理（MBA）等相关专业优先；
• 具备精益管理、六西格玛（黑带）、BPM、RPA 等相关认证者优先。
2. 工作及专业经验
• 8 年以上流程优化、运营管理、项目管理相关工作经验，熟悉制造业/半导体行业流程共性与特性；
• 熟悉NPI流程，生产计划和质量管理等领域，具备跨部门流程设计和优化经验。
• 掌握精益管理、六西格玛、DMAIC（定义 - 测量 - 分析 - 改进 - 控制）、VSM BPR（业务流程重组）等方法论；
• 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、分析问题与解决问题的能力；
• 跨部门沟通与协调能力：能有效对接不同层级、不同部门人员，推动共识达成
• 项目管理能力：掌握项目管理方法论（如 PMP），能制定项目计划、管控进度、协调资源、应对风险；
• 领导力与推动力：能驱动团队执行，化解落地阻力，具备一定的演讲与培训能力；
• 抗压能力：能适应多项目并行推进，在复杂环境中保持目标导向；
• 设备行业经验优先

Job Description:
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will perform the following tasks four business in the Greater China region:
● You support improve our internal integrated management system (IMS) fquality, health safety (HSE), data protection, information security, helping us achieve high operational standards in all our processes.
● You assess current IMS processes collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring we provide consistent quality in our services.
● You formal process descriptions reporting standards (including KPI definition tracking) to enhance transparency accountability within ourganization.
● You manage, plan, carry out internal audits to proactively identify mitigate risks.
● You assist inganizing training sessions to raise awareness about quality management, health safety, data protection, information security, ensuring our employees are well-informed engaged.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
● Completed studies in a relevant field.
● Minimum of 5-10 years in quality, health safety (QHSE); data protection/information security relevant work experience is highly preferred
● Very good English (B2 upper intermediate) fluent Mandarin language skills.
● Solid experience with management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
● A strong understanding of local data protection regulations is highly preferred.
● Experience in conducting internal external audits.
● Proven experience in process analysis improvement.
● Basic knowledge of risk analysis project management required.
● Intercultural competence.
● Excellent communication skills with different stakeholder groups.
● Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
