merchandiser岗位职责

负责外贸订单样品/样衣开发打样/询价/报价等；
负责与客户/供应商确认外贸订单细节，包括款式/品质/数量/价格/生产交期等；
负责下订单给供应商，跟进大货生产进度，确保交期；
负责解决生产过程中的突发问题，安排验货；
协调船务部安排出货；
协调财务部结算货款；
有2年以上外贸跟单工作经验，熟悉贸易流程和相关条款；
具备开发供应商/采购/打样/询价/报价等能力优先考虑；
熟悉服饰/配饰/服装/面料/辅料等产品特性/工艺/技术要求；
有以下产品跟单经验优先考虑：
【配饰跟单员】帽子/围巾/披肩/手套/鞋帽/袜子
【服装跟单员】运动衣/瑜伽服/保暖内衣裤/家居服
【面料跟单员】针织面料/运动衣面料/功能性面料
【辅料跟单员】洗标/吊牌/印标/织带/扣具/龙虾扣/三档扣/拉链/包边带/内衬板/四合扣
本科学历（业务能力强可放宽至大专）
国际贸易/纺织/商务英语专业优先考虑；
熟练操作excel/outlook，英语熟练，书面英语沟通无防碍，能独立处理外贸订单业务（面试时会有测试）；
目前在上海，能接受短期商务出差。

1.3年以上相关毛衫业务跟单或纱线采购/开发工作经验，熟悉毛衫的整个生产流程和制作工艺，懂纱线
More than 3 years working experiences as a Sweater Merchandiser Yarn Purchaser & Sourcing , familiar with the entire production process
2.能够独立翻译订单资料、跟踪样衣及订单，从开发到交货，并能熟练、精准报价
Can translateder information independently, track samplesders, from development to delivery, be skilled accurate in quotation.
3.及时与上级、工厂、客户、公司QC沟通，协调处理订单突发事件，保证货期及大货品质
Communicate with superiors, factories, customers QC of the company in time, coordinate deal withder emergencies, ensure delivery time quality of bulk
4.根据计划表控制正在进行的订单
Control ongoingders according to schedule
5.认真做好各类费用的核对、确认、支付及催款工作
Check, confirm, pay urge all kinds of expenses carefully
6.与工厂协商纱线、辅料或成品的细节并解决相关问题
Negotiate with the factory about yarn, accessories finished product details solve related problems
7.良好的英语听说读写能力
Good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills
8.自我激励，良好的服务意识及积极的态度
Self-motivation, good sense of service positive attitude
9.喜欢在快节奏及有时忙碌的环境中学习并发展
Enjoy learning developing in a fast-paced sometimes busy environment

2.能够独立翻译订单资料、跟踪样衣及订单，从开发到交货

3.审核样衣，跟进样品确认进度，严格控制生产质量和数量，及时协调各个部门的合作
Review samples, follow up the progress of sample confirmation, control production quality quantity strictly, coordinate the cooperation of various departments in time
