定期巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题及时请示
汇报。

2、Responsible fwooden hotel equipment repair, requirement will blow be bored with child, Do primer, paint,
paint spraying, polishing, etc.
负责酒店木质器材的修补，要求会刮腻子；会做底漆，面漆，喷漆，打磨等。

3、 Try best to keep the work scene tidy during the process of carrying out repair maintenance work,
especially try best not to disturb the guests in PA the guestrooms inder not to receive complaints.
在维修保养的过程中尽量保持工作场地的整洁，特别在公共区域和客房中尽量避免打扰有关客人，以免受到
有关投诉。
 4、Specialized tools other tools & equipment should be used kept well, especially preventing the
occurrence of accidents when using carpenter machine.
合理使用和保管好专用工具和其它工具设备，特别是使用木工机械的时候防止事故发生。

5、 To perform other tasks assigned by Duty Engineer concerned supervisors
随时执行值班工程师和有关主管安排的其它工作任务。

6、 To take records of all work content, work time every day with superviscaptain’s signature ffuture
inspection.
每天要记录好所有的工作内容、工作时间，并有领班或调度签字以备检查。
 Responsible fthe hotel decoration paint palette paint work.
负责酒店装修的油漆调色及刷漆工作。

7、To ensure the cleanliness neatness fplant rooms
要保证工作间的整齐整洁。

8、To implement concerned P & P strictly, provide with good services any time.
严格执行有关制度，随时提供良好的服务。
 9、Strictly prohibit using guest facilities amenities
严禁使用客用有关设施。

国有企业，五险一金，从事基建工程质量管理工作，男性，土木工程或工民建专业本科毕业。

岗位职责：
1.钢筋按照设计及规范制作、绑扎、预埋、预留
2.架子工必需生疏并把握各种脚手架的安全技术操作规程
3.顶板底层钢筋绑扎，完成后马凳的铺设。
4.按照设计图纸和工艺标准，完成木制品的加工、制作、安装和现场调试工作。
5.参加上下道工序的交接检和验收。
任职资格：
1.年龄50岁以下，身体健康；
2.2年以上同岗位工作经验。
薪资待遇：12000左右，具体根据工作经验情况面议，管吃住
工作地点：柬埔寨项目
工期4个月左右，近期到岗
