Key Responsibilities:
1.Supply Chain & Logistics Management:
· Develop optimize procurement plans to ensure supply stability control procurement costs.
· Oversee the daily operations of warehouses management, including inventory management, inbound/outbound process optimization stock turnover control, to ensure efficient accurate logistics, reduce loss rates, speed up supply chain agility.
· Coordinate import/export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., customs clearance, tariffs, etc.), optimize cross-border logistics expenses.
2.der Management & Analytical Support:
· Streamline salesder processing to ensure timely accurate handling.
· Conduct sales data analysis, establish a data monitoring framework, regularly analyze sales trends, inventory composition logistics costs, provide actionable insights driving implementation.
3. After-Sales Supervision & Team Collaboration:
· Refine the after-sales management process, manage customer complaints, return/exchange processes repair service outcomes to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Regularly consolidate analyze after-sales feedback to optimize product service processes.
· Lead a team of 4-5 members, develop proper work plans, performance evaluations, training programs to bolster teams expertise.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, other departments to formulate operational strategies, fostering brinfluence sales target achievement.
· Participate in company strategic planning provide regularly reports on key metrics, (e.g., inventory turnover,der fulfillment rate, customer satisfaction, etc.).
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
· Bachelors degree above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, International Trade related field.
2. Work Experience:
· 10+ years in retail operations, with at least 5 years+ in a leadership role, preferably in Home/Luxury Goods Industry.
· Familiarity with the entire process of procurement, warehousing logistics management, with experience in import/export operations being a plus.

· Computer Skills: Proficient in ERP systems skilled in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

• 分析销售数据，建立数据监控体系，定期分析销售趋势、库存结构及物流成本，提供优化建议并推动执行。
3. 售后管理与团队协作
• 建立完善售后管理体系，监管客诉、退换货及维修服务结果，提升客户满意度；
• 定期总结并梳理售后反馈，优化产品及服务流程；
• 领导4-5人团队，制定工作计划、绩效考核及培训方案，提升团队专业能力；
• 协同市场、销售等部门制定运营策略，推动品牌影响力及销售目标达成；
• 参与公司战略规划，定期汇报运营指标（如库存周转率、订单完成率、客户满意度等）。
任职资格：
1. 教育背景
• 全日制本科或以上学历，学士学位，优先考虑供应链管理、采购、物流或国际贸易相关专业。
2. 工作经验
• 十年以上零售行业运营管理经验，五年以上团队管理资历，有家居/高端消费品行业背景优先；
• 熟悉采购、仓储、物流全链路管理，具有进出口业务经验者更佳。
3. 核心能力
• 英语能力：英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言进行日常商务沟通与文书处理；
• 计算机技能：熟练使用ERP系统、常用办公软件（如Excel、PPT、Power BI等）；
• 数据分析：具备数据驱动决策能力，能通过销售、库存等数据优化运营；
• 跨文化协作：适应外资企业环境，具备多元化团队管理经验与跨文化沟通能力。
4. 素质要求

岗位描述：
1、负责DG TST实验室工作的规划及DG 运营的制定。
2、 全面管理日常运营工作，推动并确保服务交付、交付周期、质量结果等指标的达成。参与具体运营细节工作，并能够为下属提供技术/运营方面的指导。
3、与商业团队合作，以协调化学业务需求，并提供技术解决方案支持，包括亚洲市场、欧洲市场、北美市场以及进口商/当地市场方面的支持：
4、协调不同部门之间的关系，以促进业务成果的达成，确保跨部门之间的沟通顺畅，并利用资源来落实年度业务计划和成果。
5、监督并优化实验室的运营流程，维持质量体系运行，以确保其符合国际及公司规定的测试标准。
6、根据集团战略以及业务需求，优化建立一个高效运行的组织架构，明确职位范围和工作职责，建立有效的组织结构和流程。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上水平，偏化学背景（或熟悉电子电器)
2、有丰富的运营管理经验，管理能力强
3、有外企工作经历更佳
4、业务导向能力强，有QA背景也可考虑

Job Responsibilities:
Vend& Production Management: Act as the primary interface with external packaging testing factories (OSATs). Manage production schedules, capacity planning, quality control, yield improvement to ensure the successful timely delivery of chip products.
Quality Assurance: Formulate end-to-end quality assurance plans fthe packaging testing phases. Conduct process audits manage quality control to guarantee the success of mass production.
Continuous Improvement: Collect analyze operational project data. Identify bottlenecks, drive cross-functional issue resolution, continuously optimize local operational workflows supply chain efficiency.
Government Relations & Compliance: Build liaise robust relationships with relevant Malaysian government departments, local authorities, industry bodies. Ensure corporate regulatory compliance, secure necessary operational permits, facilitate the smooth establishment daily operations of the company.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree above in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, related technical fields.
Industry Experience: 5+ years of operational project management experience in the semiconductindustry, with a strong, specific background in chip packaging testing (OSAT) management successful mass production track records.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductbackend processes, including advanced packaging technologies, testing methodologies, relevant quality control standards.
Local Expertise: Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, corporate setup. Familiarity with Malaysias local business environment, regulatory policies, administrative procedures is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Highly proactive responsible, with exceptional negotiation, cross-cultural communication, coordination, risk management capabilities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, setup-phase environment.
Language: Fluent in both written spoken English Mandarin (essential fseamless communication with the headquarters). Proficiency in Malay is a strong advantage.
Tools: Proficient in mainstream project management operational tools.
