process engineer岗位职责

岗位职责:
1. 对接A客户Process Engineer/Technical Program Manager;
2. 依照产品2D/3D设计, 主导制程工艺可行性的评估, 同时提出产品设计优化建议方案;
3. Review 产品结构, 尺寸公差, 主导制定详细制程Process文件;
4. 客户报告制作: 能独立完成DOE/Process Fixture；DFM/PFMEA/FBO/MBO/PBO/PMP/FACA等报告,并输出英文版本;
5. 完成自动化&治具&设备评估, 根据制程Process Flow Chart , 合理评估制程的自动化/治具/设备设计方案;
6. 制定每个制程操作指导书WI(或SOP);
7. 制定每个制程工站DOE验证计划, 优化制程CT , 提升生产效率/良率
8. 量产制程工艺的持续改进及提案改善的跟进;
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历, 机械, 电子, 物理等专业, 3 年以上工作经验;
2. 熟悉激光焊接, 点胶, Hotbar 等制程工艺；
3. 掌握2D,3D软件的基本操作;
4. 有对接A客户经验, 熟悉A客户工作模式及案件开发流程;
5. 具备数据分析及归纳能力，能应用Minitab或JMP软件;
6. 良好的学习能力、沟通能力，较好的自律性、自驱力及团队合作能力，有正向积极的思维方式;
7. 认同公司文化，思维敏捷，做事认真负责

Key Responsibilities:
1. Projects coordination;
2. Summary tooling design rule fnew machines;
3. Managing monitoring improving resetting activity;
4. Efficiency improvement, Cycle Time reduction;
5. Machine productivity improvement;
6. Tooling product dwg. Management;
7. Tooling equipment design modification;
8. Lead Improvement Project/Activities.
Requirements:
1. Bacheleducation above in mechanism automation equivalent
2. 3-5 years working experience in process engineering, grinding&assembly process is preferred
3. Good technical knowledge on machinery grinding&assembly technology;Basic knowledge of Lean;
4. Good PC skill, Auto CAD, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Pro-E is preferred;
5. Good communication skill work attitude;Good team player able to work under pressure independently;
6. Good English speaking skills.

YOUR ROLE
1. Acting as Guangzhou NPI/MOC project coordinatfscale up production schedule, special label requirements coordination etc..
2. Leading Guangzhou NPI/MOC scale up productions validations.
3. Lead process upgrade Machine qualification
4. Lead process investigation
5. BOM&Operation time maintenance
