product development engineer岗位职责

职责描述:
What is the job about?
Contribute to the SCRUM Team’s deliveries using relevant office applications (i.e. excel, Catia, SAP etc.) by applying Engineering skills
Conduct analysis to support product maintenance development.
Handle day to day tasks supporting the technical documentation
 
Your main responsibilities:
Creating, collecting analysing data fproblem solving product development maintenance
Dedicated taking ownership though the detailed daily work to support the product line(s)
Contribute to technical updates improvements to the product lines.
Prepare documentation in compliance with legislation, Grundfos processes, Standards Grundfos practice.
Ensuring documentation are updated (drawings, SAP data etc)
Conduct analyses in connection to product changes/updates 
Perform cost analysis cost reduction activities

Engineer degree Master Bachelsimilar education
Technical knowledge with product development
2-5 years relevant experience
Proficient English – verbal written
Understanding Agile principles

Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on businessganisation:
Focus on the ROA marketing to extend the existing ViClean Products other out sourcing with existing supplier in our sourcing network. Apply contious improvement to ROA feedback. Manage the portfolio within the ROA PM together to development new ViCleans other products with internal outside resources in China.

1. Task : Lead Maintenance activities to ROA
- Manage lead maintenance projects within the ROA region
- Manage the portfolio in terms of specification, functionality performance in the field in close cooperation with after sales customer service
- Take responsibility fimprovement, life cycle management cost down activities fthe ViClean portfolio others

2. Task : Continues improvement to existing product
- Work closely with product management, Sales & After Sales to discuss feasibility of implementation of better quality existing projects
- Manage internal external supplier to Increase / improve claim behaviassign supplier responsibility
- Give ideas to how extend the existing product portfolio to more ROA countries.

3. Task : Certification, Qualification & Verification Management
- Support all certification activities within the ViClean portfolio to ROA
- Work with certification body to the factory audit, annual validation.
- Define quality standard develop qualification verification measures as well as testing procedures to ensure the premium quality standard of V&B

4. Task : Support Sales & After Sales to ROA
- Counsel train MKT & Sales, technical support personnel in the ViClean product others
- Collect information claims from the market, translate them correct measures ensure the premium V&B service level
- Coordinate with global product development team, purchasing product management lead improvement projects

Required Qualification

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field required

Type length of necessary job experience :
A minimum of 4-6 years experience, preferred in Electronic Toilet industry, home appliances industry.

Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g. language skills if mandatory): Skillful English, familiar with new product development process.

. 与foundry及subcon紧密合作，进行工艺改善和项目日程管理。
. 探寻产品改善及成本下降的技术革新方案。
Responsibilities

. Define BOM, product process specification based on customer requirements
. Work closely with foundry subcon in both process improvement project management.
. Research technology innovations in product improvement cost reduction.
任职要求：
. 理工科本科或硕士。
. 3年以上封装经验，有外包管理经验更佳。
. 熟悉半导体封装产品（LF，BGA等）及封装工艺（DA，WB，mold，FC mount，underfill等），有封装设计经验者更佳。
. 熟悉品质和可靠性测试条件及规范。
. 熟悉失效分析方法。
. 熟悉数据分析/处理及DOE方法。
. 善于沟通，英语流利，能承受工作压力，可以出差，良好的团队合作能力。
Qualifications
. Master bachelof engineering.
. Above 3 years in semiconductpackaging. Experience in subcon management is preferred.
.Familiar with semiconductpackage products (LF, BGA etc.) manufacturing process (DA,WB,Mold,etc.). Experience in PKG design is preferred.
. Familiar with quality reliability test conditions specifications.
. Familiar with failure analysis method.
. Familiar with statistics data analysis DOE methods.
. Good communication skills. Fluent writtenal English. Good team player. Ability to work under pressure. Willing to travel.
