岗位要求
•Bachelors degree at least.
•2 years related working experience.
•Has experience of connectsub harness design & development. Automotive industry is prefer.
•Good communication coordination capability
•Team work sprit highly self-motivated.
•Good written reading English (Korean) skill. Communication in English (Korean) is prefer.
•Familiar with CAD software such as UG, Pro-E, CATIA, UG software is preferred.
•本科以上学历
•2年相关工作经验
•具有连接器或子线束设计和开发经验。汽车行业优先
•良好的沟通和协调能力
•具有团队合作精神和高度的上进心
•良好的英语(或韩语)读写能力，能用英语(或韩语)沟通者优先
•熟悉UG、Pro-E、CATIA、UG等CAD软件者优先

工作职责：
一.负责设计客户需求之产品，新零件及其相关报价之作业；
1. 成品图制作；2. 材料选型；3.模具选用；4.报价 BOM制作
二. 负责样品制作之相关作业及跟踪，
1. 样品BOM及图纸制作；2.新开模具/模具治具申请；3.样品测试母座及测试申请单处理.
三.负责已获得承认之产品转移生产相关资料文件的制作及整合并正确移转生产/质量.
1. 样品制作问题点及制程重点汇总；2.新零件料号的承认及料号申请；
3.E-BOM/量产图纸建立；
4. ECN 处理.
Requirement:
任职要求（包含学历、英语、电脑操作等）：
1. 本科学历，机械/电子类相关专业
2.懂得 AutoCAD 绘图/机械制图能力
3.对 NPI 流程熟练并应用
4. 英文口语表达能力优异者优先考虑
5. 有责任心及上进心

岗位职责：
1. 积极主动和客户进行沟通和交流，从客户处获取技术规范或相关要求，根据RFQ文件及客户要求提供产品解决方案及可行性；
2. 针对成熟产品在生命周期内的设计改进及应用在客户新车型上的设计变更和优化；
3. 和团队一起设计和研发高质量低成本的新产品，从初始概念到*终量产的全过程担当；
4. 按照内部规范在系统中创建3D数模和2D图纸（CATIA）并发布,处理工程变更（ECR&ECN）事宜和整个项目过程所需的技术文档；在SAP中为产品建立BOM并维护；
5. 参与制定产品规范，并依据规范制定产品设计验证计划（DVP&R），确保产品验证合格；
6. 与其他部门/供应商合作、协助销售报价，与供应商讨论零件制造可行性，与ME讨论装配可行性，协助质量对0KM/售后问题分析；
7. 履行本岗位应尽的安全职责；
8. 由直接经理指派的其它任务。
1. Actively communicate with customers, obtain technical specifications related requirements from customers, provide product solutions feasibility according to RFQ documents customer requirements.
2. Apply current product design to new platform with optimization localization.
3. Responsible fhigh quality product design from concept to finalization in a collaborative environment with team members, in a timely manner in a cost effective way.
4. release 3D 2D drawing in CBD according to internal specification (Catia). Handle engineering changes (internal, customer suppliers), document necessary materials during all project phases. Creat bill of materials (BOM) maintain in SAP.
5. Participate in product specification definition DVP&R accordingly. ensure pass all tests according to timeline.
6. Cooperate with other departments/suppliers, assist sales quotation, discuss the feasibility of manufacturing with suppliers, discuss the feasibility of assembly with ME, assist quality analysis of 0KM/ after-sales problems.
7. Execute safety responsibilities of this position.
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
能力要求：
1. 本科学历及以上，机械设计、汽车工程、机电工程、材料工程或机械自动化等工科专业，工科硕士优先；
2. 5年以上汽车行业（一级OEM配套）产品设计或技术应用相关工作经验， 有锁类开闭机构件经验者优先考虑；
3. 良好的设计经验及跨部门合作及人际沟通协调能力；
4. 熟练运用三维软件（CATIA优先），为产品建立和更新3D&2D图纸；
5. 熟悉工程材料和术语（材料、GD&T），了解塑胶和金属、橡胶等工艺及制造过程和材料特性；
6. 了解汽车行业通用标准和质量工具如PPAP, APQP, FMEA；
7. 英语听说读写熟练；
8. 了解IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO45001、二级安全生产标准化相关知识。
1. Minimum Bacheldegree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Engineering, Material Engineering Mechanical Automatic Control. Master of Science in above Engineering fields is a plus.
2. 5+ years product design application experience in automotive industry (Tier 1), latch design experience preferred.
Professional Skills Requirement:
3. Good design experience good cross-functional cooperation interpersonal communication coordination skills.
4. Proficiency in 3D software (CATIA preferred), 3D&2D drawing.
5. Thorough knowledge of engineering terminology standards (i.e. materials, dimensioning tolerances). Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, etc), material specification (plastics, metals, etc).
6. Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. PPAP, APQP, FMEA.
7. Good English skill inally written.
8. Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, secondary safety standardization.
