product engineer岗位职责

工作职责： 1. 按客户要求提供产品解决方案，并负责报价、打样、建E-BOM及其它相关工作； 2. 负责将客户承认的产品转移至生产/质量，并准备相关资料文件； 3. 执行DFMEA并制定新产品开发的整个计划； 4. 产品验证、失效分析并提出改进措施； 5. 完成领导交待的其它工作。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，机械/电子或相关专业，成绩良好； 2. 至少3年以上线束设计工作经验，至少1年高速产品经验； 3. 熟练使用Pro / E CAD； 4. 结果导向，抗压能力强； 5. 具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力。 职位福利：五险一金、年底双薪、包吃、通讯补助、带薪年假、定期体检、免费班车、周末双休

Qualification & Requirements
1. Bacheldegree above in Physical, Optical related engineering discipline
2. Educational experience in optics, photonics, and/communications
3. Good communication skills in both English Chinese
4. Good team player with hard working attitude.
5. Must be self-motivated with capability working under pressure.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible fnew product transfer from design to mass production.
2. Responsible fdriving product yield improvement cost down activities.
3. Responsible f line setup, address solve the issues during NPI phase.
4. Work with design relevant teams to drive product cost down improve quality.

Responsibility
1) Conduct cushion design, development & engineering in Asia based on Autoliv standards, legal requirements & OEMs requirements;
2) Responsible fcushion development of assigned projects, in line with cost, timing quality objectives;
3) Further involvement of LLs work, case study, TFC review, Design Review, share experience to the team;
4) Assist Group manager/Leaders on GDP activities, help to transfer global technology in Asia;
5) Follow up of cushion design guideline, implementation of PLM/DVM/CAD;
6) Quotation definition new material qualifications;
7) Further involvement in Line & Design workshop to improve plant’s capability;
8) Conduct the selection of key components & materials fcushion new development & engineering in Asia;
9) Support SQE to improve cushion supplier technical skill;
10) Evaluate engineering change request & report on feasibility estimate how much time/cost will be impacted;
11) Represent cushion engineering in project team assist project manager with internal project management;
12) Regular report project status in terms of cost/timing/quality objectives to the project leader in parallel to Technical manager;
13) Support review the work of assistant cushion engineer;
14) Provide technical support to production, in quickly resolving cushion engineering related issues;
15) Contribute to continue improvements, innovations standardization;
16) Complete the works arranged by Group manager & Department manager.
Requirement
1) Above 2 years of experience in automotive company related field (Plastic Metal parts field preferred)
2) With basic knowledge of cushion development, familiar with AUTOCAD/CATIA AutoCAD
3) Textile background is a plus
