project engineer岗位职责

1. Manage customer tool project: SSC confirm,der BOM create, packing list prepare.
2. Production BOM Structure change
3. Define Maintain MFG Workmanship standard
4. Support production team to develop OMS QA team to develop production checklist.
5. Track project related design change transfer to production.
6. Support production efficiency improvement, such as IE project.
7. Support production process improvement, such as tooling design.
8. Other internal manufacture engineering project assigned.


Requirements:
1. BachelDegree; Majin Mechanical/Manufacturing
2. Experience: 3~5 years working experience in Mechanical manufacturing/Semi-conductequipment/LED equipment industry
3. Knowledge experience of Mechanical/Project Management/Lean manufacturing
4. Good skills of Microsoft office software, Solid Work equivalent; prefer to have SAPacle experience
5. English: Fluent

– General Responsibilities

This role is in solution engineering department of global solution center China, who provides packaging integrated packaging solutions of ABB Meduim Voltage Low Voltage products, to both local global customers all over the world.

In this role, you will act your daily work as an electrical engineer fprojects of ABB solutions business, covering ABB MV switchgears solutions based on that, ABB eHouse, digital solutions based on related ABB product/platform. Each day, you will complete assignments on projects in a cost-effective manner, innovative thinking to solve problems. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design fexcellence concepts in projects.

– Main Accountabilities
You will perform your accountabilities to support the business in the following directions:

Pre-sales Support
• Study know customer’s need pain points through project execution
• Propose the promotion materials fbidding spec-in the proposal
• Co-laborate tendering team to prepare the quotation document improve hit rate
• Engage with customers to negotiate finalize technical agreements
• Optimize the scheme to improve the solution competitiveness

Engineering Design
• Negotiate with customer technical requirements finalized
• Design solution drawings review drawings from vendors
• BOM preparation release (when applicable)
• Coordinate purchasing dep. fmaterials components cost optimization
• Coordinate production, track solve problems that occur during prodcution
• Design timing management ,design frozen timely to avoid futher rework COPQ
• Solve the technical issues including site commissions.

Leading Engineering
• Have rich experience in multi-fields, power system products, digital system, segment knowhow
• Make cross-field solution proposal
• Lead the feasibility, rationality, optimization innovation of the overall technical scheme of complex projects
• As consultant in energy transition market

Project management
• When needed, handle project as a project manager, based on your electrical engineering background
• Ensure project delivery on time , risk migration
• Margin Improvement
• Customer satisfaction increase
• Regular pregress report close-out report

Site Management
• Inspect digital system project site work done by suppliers in HSE, work quality
• Write work logs monthly report
• Identify site work defects manage suppliers correct it timely
• Keep good communication with customer feedback the work status regularly
• Hold work start kickoff meeting daily routine meeting
• Site work close-out report
• Support site commission work, e.g. system configuariton , Gateway configuration

–Requirements

Min. Education
• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, automation a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
Working Experience
• 3 years’ experience of electrical design, experience in medium-voltage low-voltage switchgear eHouse is preferred.
Functional Knowledge/Skill
• Strong understanding of power systems, such as medium-voltage technology, power system analysis, protection relay.
• Project design, project management skills.
• Good communication logical thinking ability.
• Proficient in office software, such as AutoCAD.
Language Skill
• Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Personality
• Be brave to take responsibility, be innovative, pragmatic rigorous

3． 解决项目执行中的各种问题，组织项目成员对问题进行分析和解决。

4． 制定项目计划，管理和监控项目的范围、进度、成本、质量，保证项目目标的达成。
Develop project plan, manage, monitproject scope, schedule, cost, quality to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
5． 制定项目日常会议和里程碑会议，发布项目日常报告。
Set up daily project meetings milestone meetings, release daily project reports.
6． 负责与外国客户进行技术交流，商务谈判。
Responsible ftechnical exchange business negotiation with foreign customers.
7． 及时向上级沟通销售工作进展，对潜在的问题提出解决方案。
Communicate sales progress to superiors in a timely manner propose solutions to potential problems.

任职条件Requirements:
1. 大专及以上学历，机械、工程力学、机电一体化等专业为佳。
College degree above, majin mechanical, engineering mechanics, mechatronics, etc.
2. 五年以上机械或电子行业项目管理经验，英语口语流畅。
At least 5 years project management experience in mechanical electronic industry, fluent in spoken English.
3. 良好的沟通协调能力、统筹能力和项目管理能力。
Good communication coordination skills, overall planning skills project management skills.
4. 较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，工作中能独挡一面，并承受较大的工作压力。
