Job Description:
· Over 6 years’ experience fProject Management.
· Managing project cost, project planning, risk, resource etc.
· Cooperating with different stakeholders: customer architect board meeting, customer business owner cloud partner.
· Leading the DevOps team team management with development operation activities.
Qualification:
· Good understanding of the technical part of a project, which could be Big data project like Hadoop specific technologies programming languages like Java.
· Familiar with online project development methodology.
· Documentation of IT system infrastructure.
· Architect experience with Cloud based service, e.g. HuaWei cloud Azure cloud.
· Know-how in UML, Web service, cabled IT system, IBM DataPower, Enterprise Architect.
· Know-how in message queue, database, RDS e.g. HBase, Kafka, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.
· Know-how in Design Patterns like MVC, micro-service.
· Know-how in web servers application servers like Tomcat, Nginx etc.
· Know-how in deployment routines like Hudson Server, ANT Maven Scripts using release tags build in SVN, Git
· Know-how in several frameworks e.g. Spring, Struts, Java Server Faces, Hibernate, etc.
· Know-how in interface technologies (Restful API), certificates verification, Webservices (XML, XSD) etc.
· Know-how in testing methodology, function test, integration test, performance test, pen-test etc.
· Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients third-parties.
· Definition of security assessment.
· Strong communication skills in both English Chinese, written & spoken.
· Experience in auto industry is a plus.
· DevOps Agile project experience is a plus.

Your Role Responsibilities
Project leadership. Leads local cross-functional project/s with limited complexity and/sub-project of a complex project as responsible fall elements of the project/s. Motivates leads internal and/external resources to accomplish all tasks milestones.
Project execution control. Manages the project team allocated to the project, defining, with key stakeholders, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule detailed work allocation. Monitors controls project cost financials. Formalizes acceptance of the project brings all the project elements to a conclusion. Ensures project results are transferred to relevant lineganization department responsible. Captures lessons learned.
Projects, processes tools. Ensures project follows sound methodology execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives procedures. Ensures projects follow external standards etc. that influence activities targets. Manage uncertainties risks. Identifies, contains reduces risk. Ensures appropriate handling of change requests. Ensures transparency around unforeseen results/events identified risks makes sure that they are properly prioritized, managed communicated.
Collaboration. Uses own technical domain knowledge to provide technical support to colleagues other functional teams.
Value management. Ensures understanding of customer value. Takes consideration requirements demands coming from customers from different ABB functions (sales, supply, production, etc.). Acts to ensure customer satisfaction expectations.
Stakeholder relations. Serves as the key contact fthe project stakeholders. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner to achieve desired understanding support.
Networking. Manages relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, other R&D teams in Technology Center and/Corporate Research Centers external relevant parties (e.g. customers, academia).
Qualifications fthe Role
Master’s degree
PMP certified preferred
Above 3 years of working experience as project leader project manager
Skills real hands-on on change control, risk management, stakeholder management, resource planning project macro scheduling etc.
Business level in verbal written English
