汽车外饰设计岗位职责

根据项目要求，完成汽车外饰相关设计工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科学历，车辆工程/机械设计/材料/模具相关专业，具备汽车外饰设计开发经验。
2、熟练使用设计软件，具备独立的外饰方案制定、结构设计与校核能力。
3、熟悉外饰常用材料，注塑/喷涂/装配等工艺，模具结构及整车匹配逻辑。
4、熟悉外饰相关法规、性能、要求等，能独立处理设计问题并推进闭环。
5、具备良好的尺寸工程意识，问题分析能力与跨部门沟通能力，执行能力强，责任心强。

1、开展广泛的设计研究预测未来设计趋势与客户需求；
2、参与量产与前瞻汽车设计项目；
3、能适应紧凑的设计研发周期；
4、异常优秀的视觉表达与交流能力；
5、为提案绘制高质量的设计草图与效果图；
6、设计师需要对开发量产车型有经验并对产品工程知识有一定了解；
7、较强的沟通与设计方案的陈诉能力；
任职要求：
1、拥有汽车/产品设计 本科及以上学历；
2、拥有优秀的设计天赋；
3、了解整车开发流程，独立担当1-2个项目开发工作，并能顺利开展项目；
4、有带教新人经验，有能力帮助和指导年轻设计师完成和提升他们的作品；
5、有三维模型发展与展示能力；
6、对Alias软件比较熟悉；
7、能用英语进行日常沟通。

Objective:
Consistently deliver high-quality visual work demonstrate exceptional creativity in conceptual design
Task:
• Support senidesigners collaborate with them on teamwork.
• Developiginal compelling exteridesign concepts fcurrent future vehicle programs
• Effectively communicate ideas through advanced 2D sketching 3D modeling tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Planning, Development
• Present design concepts visions clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Participate in the full design process — from ideation to final production
Qualification:
• Demonstrates advanced ability to express automotive design ideas through mature hand-drawn sketches.
• Strong skills in both 2D 3D visualization using industry-standard software
• Exceptional creativity a strong sense of form, proportion, detail
• A collaborative mindset with excellent presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with physical digital modeling is preferred
• Must possess an exceptional awareness of the global state of automotive design concepts emerging design trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design related field; relevant experience required
• A minimum of 3 years of automotive exteridesign experience
• Speak English fluent
