Description:
A Quality Business Partner is the global support line a trusted sparring partner fthe Plant Quality Leaders in a region individual plants. The position combines confirmed expertise in the areas of auditing sound advice on quality methods.
Tasks:
Business partner activities (input from experienced BP Team Lead)
• Supporting the qualityganizations in the respective plants (established plants) - Clarifying queries
• Support in strategic fields of action of Corporate Quality
• Advice on quality challenges that arise (e.g. simple problem solving, e.g. steps in 8D)
• Support in and, if necessary, implementation of training fthe respective plants inder to drive Q-KPI performance improvements.
• Monitcompliance with global standards by validating the effectiveness of Festos quality management system. (Headquarters & responsible plants/locations)
Audit Management Activities
• Preparation, planning and, if necessary, execution of audits (process system)
• Support and, if necessary, training of auditors in the qualification process
• Documentation, analysis and, if necessary, communication of audit results strategic implications fFesto
• Monitoring of audit deviations (head office & responsible plants/locations)
• Preparation of third-party customer audits.
• Support in the training of quality standards their implementation fconformity in the quality management system its processes.

Responsibilities:
• Works partially independently under directional supervision guidance.
• Acts as a possible point of contact fthe quality PRO functions of the plants in the region.
• May inform persuade others in the profession by explaining facts, policies practices.
• May positively influence others through change management expertise.
• Supports the training of new auditors in their qualification.
Skills/Competencies:
• “Internal auditor” required (ISO-9001 / VDA 6.3), optional (IATF16949, ISO13485)
• Basic knowledge in the preparation, execution documentation of process system audits (ISO 19011, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, ISO13485)
• Basic experience in translating standard texts understandable topics of everyday working life.
• Basic knowledge of process management, quality management systems, standards certifications methods (APQP, VDA RGA, control plan, inspection plan, PDCA, SPC, CIP ...), project management basic economics
• Experience in working with international production sites/organizations
• Knowledge of problem solving (corrective preventive action, 8D, 5 Why, A3 report, Ishikawa, ...)
• Knowledge in understanding specification sheets, customer requirements, technical drawings, measurements (e.g.: 3D, accuracy of measuring equipment (e.g.: VDA 5, MSA) GPS (geometric product specifications)
• Experience in analyzing KPIs trends
• Basic training facilitation skills
• Local language, fluent in English, other languages preferred
• Basic IT knowledge such as SAP, Office 365, BW, SAC, BIC, CAQ
