Your job•You will need to take responsibility for SAP basis daily operation and administration tasks( AMS and system monitoring )•You will do the SAP systems technical architecture and landscape design , system installation and configurations•In Charge of Database administration (Oracle , DB2 , SQL server，HANA)•Operating system administration (Linux , Windows server , UNIX)•SAP Performance tuning •SAP client copy and system copy•SAP upgrade, migration and Unicode conversion•SAP data ArchivingYour profile•You hold a university degree or have equivalent experience•You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Consulting, Administration for Support and Maintenance and Implementation Projects•You have strong technical skills in SAP Installations, Upgrades, System copy, SAP performance tuning, Authorization setup, TMS admin, Language support, Applying Patches, Backup and Restore, etc.•You obtain Basis project experience in managing NetWeaver, J2EE administration.•You have the knowledge of Hardware Sizing, Technical infrastructure, Networking and system operations •SAP PI and EDI knowledge is preferred•SAP Basis Certified preferred •You are independent with high initiatives, and good learning capability .•You have effective communication and interpersonal skills•You can express yourself well in English and Chinese. •You have relevant experience of presales.•You are able to support presentations for presales and documents preparation for the client. •You are familiar with SQL server/Oracle, HANA , and implementation experience on migration, system migration, archiving and SAP upgrading. •You are familiar with SAP ECC, BW, Portal, PI, Fiori, HANA and Cloud products.

岗位职责：
1. 负责SAP系统的安装.配置.修改.优化.升级和归档等工作;
2. 负责SAP系统的权限设计.实施和日常维护;
3. 负责SAP系统的系统变更传输策略的制定和日常的变更传输;
4. 负责SAP系统的日常监控和管理，以及系统问题处理，保障系统的正常运行;
5. 负责SAP系统的备份策略的制定和日常备份及恢复。
任职资格：
1. 计算机技术等相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 从事SAP系统管理工作3年以上，有维护和调优RAC的经验；
3. 熟练掌握SAP Basis技术包括：系统安装、系统升级、系统拷贝、补丁升级、Kernel升级、传输管理、权限管理、系统监控、备份恢复、Solution Manager安装配置、SAP Router安装配置等；
4. 熟练掌握各种操作系统包括Windows、Linux操作系统；
5. 熟练掌握各种数据库系统包括Oracle、SQL Server等数据库；
6. 具备硬件配置设计、系统全局设计、性能调优、数据归档等经验。

岗位职责：
1. 负责E2E客户参与以及为 SAP企业云服务的客户提供合同协议和服务，主要侧重于 SAP S/4HANA、私有云版交付成果。
2. 负责监督从合同签订开始的客户生命周期，特别是客户上岗、持续服务交付、发布和维护项目启动、变更管理以及为一系列客户提供续约支持。
3. 保持客户满意度，并帮助客户*大限度地提高与SAP 合作的价值。
4. 在客户生命周期的各个阶段管理各种技术和参与方面的问题，与项目负责人(PL) 和 SAP企业云服务内部交付团队无缝协作，在整个客户参与生命周期内完成承诺的交付范围。
任职要求：
1. 必须具备流利的中英文听说读写能力。
2. 理工科专业，至少有4年以上SAP技术顾问工作经验，具有面向客户的角色（咨询、IT支持、IT服务等）。
3. 具备SAP Basis、SAP S/4 HANA、Azure/AWS经验。
4. 具备云架构和IT技术基础设施专业知识。
5. 具备为云客户提供SAP Basis活动、SAP发布升级和基础设施更新的实践经验。
6. 精通IT服务管理、SAP Basis 和SAP应用程序。
7. 不同云解决方案的技术和应用专业知识（HEC和S/4HANA）。
8. 具备跨国文化、跨职能团队的交流经验。
9. 对ECS的运营基础设施、流程和自动化工具（如SPC、TIC等）有良好的了解者优先。
10. 具备项目管理基础知识、ITIL、精益基础知识者优先。
