What is the job about?
• Lead the development of complex business critical product/offerings projects strategically critical projects.
• Drive best-practice project program development management within Grundfos through utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, processes (e.g. PRINCE2)
Your main responsibilities:
• Overall responsible fleading large complex projects/release trains within a product group.
• Responsible towards a defined Project Owner fthe successful implementation overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, Risks.
• Taking ownership of successful project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective.
• Responsible fthe full lifetime of the assigned projects
• Responsible fdelivering the financial business case in the assigned projects
• Responsible fsecuring project execution in compliance with the Grundfos project governance model PRINCE2 standards, including meeting mandatory gate requirements utilizing the GPDM tool box.
• Perform Excellent Stakeholder Management on all levels in theganisation
• Mentoring coaching relevant colleagues in the PUganisation.
The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:
• (Always) Coaching the Development Team in self-organization cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested needed. Being cognizant about team health act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
• Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value help Product Owner in understanding practicing agility.
• Helping the Development Team to high-value products
• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Finding techniques feffective Product Backlog management. Helping the Scrum Team understthe need fclear concise Product Backlog items
• Causing change in theganization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
• Develop own skills prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events
What do you need to apply?
• Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
• Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
• Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
• Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
• Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
• Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
• Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
• Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
• Must be willing to travel when required.

We are looking fa Scrum Master to coordinate our logistics management WMS management software engineering team to deliver multiple applications with design development.
Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person fapplying Agile methodologies to high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems coaching team members on Agile practices.
Ultimately, you’ll help self-organizing teams that are flexible productive with sprints.
Scrum Master experience skills
You should have excellent knowledge to the Agile framework, with all its artifacts techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader you’re invested in Agile framework, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Manage each applications’ scope timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact fexternal communications (e.g. from customers stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs new requests
• Resolve conflicts remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product enjoy working on it

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in a scrum master role fa large corporation
• Familiarity with software development
• Familiarity with Agile tools (such as, JIRA, versionOne)
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving conflict-resolution ability
• Outstandingganizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business similar field
• Fluent English read write ability, familiarity with listening speaking is a MUST
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Familiar with SAFe module is a plus
• Have experience related with WMS WCS WES project is a plus
