- Facilitate lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
- Coach the team in Agile principles practices, helping them to understimplement Scrum effectively.
- Remove impediments to the teams progress ensure that all obstacles are addressed promptly.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, openness, continuous improvement within the team.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed prioritized effectively.
- Help the team set achieve sprint goals, tracking progress ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in self-organization decision-making processes.
- Promote a positive team dynamic ensure a high level of team morale motivation.

Minimum Qualifications
Essential:
• Proven track record in leading agile teams as Scrum Master
• Relevant Agile certification, e.g., Certified SCRUM Master
• Motivation to build up an environment fhigh performing team dynamics, continuous flow, relentless improvement.
• Experience on software development as developer
• English language skills
• Self-initiated, well-structured approach to problem analysis problem solving
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Experiences in coaching training people (also cross-functional)
• Can-do attitude, self-driven self-motivated
• Tools:
o Jira
o Confluence
Preferred:
• Experience on SAFe, Kanban, Lean, etc
• Knowledge experience on ASPICE CMMI
• Expertise on certain areas (e.g., retro, DSU, requirement analysis, design, etc)
• Product Owner experience
• Education in Electrical engineering, Computer science
• C++/Java/Web Technologies, Linux

We are looking fa Scrum Master to coordinate our logistics management WMS management software engineering team to deliver multiple applications with design development.
Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person fapplying Agile methodologies to high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems coaching team members on Agile practices.
Ultimately, you’ll help self-organizing teams that are flexible productive with sprints.
Scrum Master experience skills
You should have excellent knowledge to the Agile framework, with all its artifacts techniques. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. If you’re a strong communicator, a capable leader you’re invested in Agile framework, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Manage each applications’ scope timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact fexternal communications (e.g. from customers stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs new requests
• Resolve conflicts remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product enjoy working on it

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in a scrum master role fa large corporation
• Familiarity with software development
• Familiarity with Agile tools (such as, JIRA, versionOne)
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
• Excellent communication servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving conflict-resolution ability
• Outstandingganizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business similar field
• Fluent English read write ability, familiarity with listening speaking is a MUST
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Familiar with SAFe module is a plus
• Have experience related with WMS WCS WES project is a plus
