seniarchitect岗位职责

Purpose
The employee is allocated to one more projects as SeniArchitect.
The employee is, within the contractual frame fthe project, responsible fsecuring that architect design is executed according to the customer’s requirements expectations, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule, price quality.

Work of Scope
This will take place through:
1) A close dialog with the users concerning the project scope customers’ requirements.
2) Ensuring good design quality output in compliance with relevant procedure standards.
3) Tender preparation, evaluation of contractor/supplier quotations contract negotiations.
4) Knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements standards.
5) Cross disciplinary coordination, including site support.
6) Skillful usage of AutoCAD etc. relevant architectural design 2D & 3D software.
7) Good skills both in architecture general plot plan.
Qualification
1) BachelMaster Degree in architecture equivalent.
2) You must have minimum 15 years’ professional experience, minimum 1 year experience from industrial factory building design, preferably in pharmacy design field.
3) Creative constructional design skills. Some cross-cultural skills experience in making tender material (drawings specifications) is preferable, even according to British, US, EU as well as other standards.
4) Good skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up etc. relevant Architectural 2D & 3D design.
5) Knows each design phases work both in architecture general plot plan such as Concept Design, Preliminary Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, Cost Estimate, tender document etc.

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead technology architecture exploration with internal external stakeholders, define architecture design of component system, conform to architecture principles,ganizing reviews of your architectural design with colleagues, contribute to overall architecture technology roadmap definition drive roadmap implementation, in addition to those with the other architects senitechnology specialist. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation optimization of AI technologies that meet our clients needs enhance our product offerings. Your technical expertise will contribute to the effective implementation of AI projects support ongoing business growth.
You are responsible for
o Build own Philips Innovation China (PIC) AI architecture, solutions architectures technical roadmap based on China market requirements, trends, landscapes China customers’ needs to fit fPhilips success in China global.
o Drive key China technical/solution initiatives as one of leading architects, support China innovation center portfolio management with technical architecture contents definition evolution
o Lead use cases, technology architecture discussion fexploration definition, provide architecture, design & guidance of technical stacks fR&D teams, identifies recommends technologies, methodologies, frameworks fprojects
o Work together with research / expert group fhigh-level platform architecture & framework definition, platform/application design specification, etc.
o Develop maintain integration frameworks tools that support efficient deployment operation of AI models. Troubleshoot resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
o Implement best practices fAI integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards data privacy regulations. Stay updated on the latest AI technologies integration methodologies to drive continuous improvement innovation.
o Support pre-sales activities conversation with customers partners to convey Philips digital/ AI platform solution vision, strategy stories.
o Contribute to PIC AI platform solution adoption, contribute to China Technical Community IP assets.

You will be part of Philips China Innovation Center, represent PIC in technical architecture community, report to PIC head. Meanwhile, your peers look after areas such as portfolio management, product requirements, product development, engineering, verification & validations other teams. You will also have close interaction with internal/external technical experts.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills experience
o A recognized bachelhigher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, related majors.
o 10 years + experience in similar technical leader architect position; ability to discover gather market opportunities, technical trend, customer requirements deliver innovative solutions.
o Expert knowledge in healthcare digitalization, software hardware experience on cross-modality(CT, MR, IGT US) AI related technologies, preferred experience in AI frameworks tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), hands on software development languages (e.g. Python, Java etc).
o Master of building full stack engineering discipline practices, including but not limited to AI, IoT, Cloud, high availability, security, database (SQL NoSQL) bigdata, DevOps etc.
o Solid knowledge proven experience in medical software hardware, familiar with health AI landscape ecosystem in China, familiar with open source tools community.
o Highly self-motivated, ownership mindset accountability fwork, good communication skills, good verbal writing skills in English, ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences: portfolio management, product management, engineering, sales, marketing, operation, leadership, service.
o Good team player in global team structure, strong experiences of leader position in technical domain.
