工作职责:

1. 负责SaaS产品架构设计、重构、优化，根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用架构方案，并负责核心模块的开发工作；

2. 参与整体技术架构的设计与落地，发现和解决存在的技术问题，保障系统的性能和稳定性；

3. 负责解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题和技术难点，对新技术敏感，保障公司技术领先；

4. 对所负责的系统，能对问题快速响应，持续优化提升研发效率、质量、稳定性等。



任职资格:

1. 8年以上Java开发经验，3年以上架构设计经验；

2. Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM调优，精通主流Java架构，如：Spring、Spring Boot、Mybatis等；

3. 精通Spring Cloud、Dubbo的微服务架构，熟悉分布式系统架构设计者优先；

4. 精通MySQL使用及调优，熟悉Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库；对于分布式关系型数据库（如TDSQL/GaussDB等）有使用经验者优先；

5. 熟悉DevOps相关技术，熟悉Jenkins、Docker、K8S等开发运维相关技术，熟悉各种公有云产品；

6. 掌握网络通讯的基础知识，如：HTTP、TCP、UDP等；

7. 对海外银行、金融SaaS等相关技术领域有相关经验或研究者优先

· 　Perform duties assigned by Architectural Team Leader/ Design Manager/
Design Director.

·
Undertake architectural, schematic concept design fassigned
projects, with the ability to undertake design details (windows, doors etc)
including preliminary design calculations, preliminary sketches/drawings,
preliminary specifications other required　design information.

Liaise
with engineers other disciplines to ensure coherent correct, as
well as aesthetically pleasing design.
Make
amendments to the design as required.
Undertake
detailed design work on projects as required, fully check ensure
designs are properly validated as per the approved design process.
Undertake
site visits, construction
supervision/management.
Undertake
quality assurance checking of drawings calculations produced by self
that of other team members as directed by Team Leader/Design Manager.
Ensure
that all drawings are reviewed checked by Team Leader/Design Manager
prito external issue.
Produce
architectural design briefs, documents, reports specifications as
required.
Produce
architectural drawings utilizing Revit and/AutoCad as appropriate for
the project.

Follow Company’s design procedures.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Salary Budget: $4500 - $8100
Bonus: Variable bonus, payout at the beginning of each year
Work Location: various site locations
Work Week: 5.5 days (with alternate Saturday off)
Work Arrangement: On site
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays: 9.00am to 1.00pm

Job Description
Roles Responsibilities (where possible, limit to 8 pointers) The SeniArchitectural Coordinatact as the Lead Coordinatof the design team is responsible fleading a team of architectural BIM designers. A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, not limited to, as follows:
61 Liaise closely with the Structural M&E Coordinators to ensure buildable shop drawings are issued timely to the project site team.
61 Ensure drawings produced by the BIM team sub-contractors are accurate timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.
61 Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability, impact on different disciplines.
61 Relate design intent from architect/design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing.
61 Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable coordinated with other trades.
61 Liaise with architect, design consultant, sub-contractors on design intent technical issues.
61 Coordinate between architectural team consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
61 Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
61Education: Minimum Degree in Architecture relevant fields
61Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant industry, preferably to have been full time assigned on a project.
61Technical: Coordinate identify areas of concern with design intent
61Understanding of structural / M&E drawings
61Able to communicate with consultants in clear hsketches drawing
61Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities (ie.BCA, SCDF, LTA)
61Awareness of contractual obligations/rights
