Responsibilities:
1. Actively drive & take responsibility fchallenging clients, projects, project modules with multiple work streams, internal external stakeholders, divisions
2. Implementing recommendations /solutions ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance follow-up with clients
3. Preparing business proposals presentations.
4. Execute projects from concept to implementation phase in areas such as strategy definition, market entry & market scaling, transformation & change,ganizational development, operational readiness, product definition, partnering models, etc.
5. Drive the development of concepts & strategies regarding emerging technologies & products, follow up the market trend closely help partner in internal knowledge matrix building
6. Manage client’s expectations across the full hierarchy from top management to project member roles

Qualifications:
1. Experience & Profession Area
2. Seniconsultant with 4~6 years’ experience knowledge in Strategical project, research project project management, professional experience in top management consulting company ICT/Automotive industry
3. Good understanding of automotive industry trend, familiar with Connected Car, Mobility Services, New Energy Vehicles, Autonomous Driving Digital marketing
4. Experience in conducting market research creating report management presentation
5. Strong experience in cross-functional communication coordination work
6. Comfortable with significant client interaction interest in building relationships
7. Strong interest in passion fcoaching mentoring others
8. Strong analytical problem-solving skillset
9. Customer-oriented mindset are willing to "go the extra mile"

Knowledge Area
1. Bacheldegree above;
2. Effective computer skills fstandard desktop software (PPT, Word, Excel)
3. Proven knowledge skills through relevant certificate(s) (e.g. Scrum, PMP)

Language Area
1. Chinese (native) English (business fluent level);
2. German is a plus.

职位要求：
1.根据客户公司委托的职位需求确定人才的方向，通过各种途径搜寻人才，如各大招聘网站、公司数据库、List等，搜寻到合适的人才后通过电话完成寻访和搜索；
2. 通过互联网等其他渠道快速了解市场总体行情，包括薪资水平、人员意向性等，并不断修正搜寻方向从而找到合适的人选；
4. 电话沟通较合适的人选，了解其目前的基本信息并判断其合适度，尽可能了解其目前真实想法以及薪酬福利，以便今后做精准推荐；
5. 通过电话沟通及其他渠道完成候选人资料的收集、整合并制成精准的报告推荐到客户公司，供客户参考；
6. 协调安排面试时间，跟踪候选人的面试情况，并在候选人与企业之间做好后续沟通；
7. 薪酬谈判，完成候选人背景调查，跟进offer发放以及入职进度并及时反馈。
