Job Description:
As a SeniConsultant, the main tasks within this position include:
1、To conduct primary & secondary market research in different industries, incl. industry expert interviews
2、To collect analyze complex market, business commercial information
3、To prepare presentations workshops, incl. supporting BD process
4、To set work plans lead analysts / interns to accomplish modular work according to project scope objective
5、To be able to lead a project (with team of 2-4 people) incl. market transparency, corporate strategy, operation excellence
6、To be able to work under pressure meet the deadline of projects
Characteristics of the Successful Applicant:
1、Technical/ engineering degree from renowned university with business/ management education background preferred
2、Solid 2 years above technical/ commercial related working experience with proven track record, preferable with 1 year experience in business development/ marketing/ strategy/ investment functions in manufacturing industries
3、Professional computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4、Excellent communication skills，strong business sense, open-minded
5、High teamientation capable to work within project schedules
6、Excellent commof spoken written English Chinese language skills are an advantage

Execute valuation analyses ftax, financial reporting other regulatory, compliance management planning requirements
Independently accurately build complex financial models clearly present supporting analysis to the client
appropriate methods fcollecting analyzing large complex data sets to extract insights support solutions
Produce a high quality work product collaborates with others across phases of the M&A transaction lifecycle to deliver a supericlient experience
Analyze financial accounting information when evaluating transactions
Manage own work in an ethical manner with a continuous attention to quality risk rules, confidentiality
Build an understanding of how stages of the M&A lifecycle operate to enhance delivery in own phase of expertise

Principal responsibilities：
• Design develop platform capabilities that span AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud on-premise AI deployments.
• Design development of a core platform component—AI Gateway—delivering high-concurrency, low-latency AI gateway services.
• Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues, ensuring successful, high-quality, resilient AI services in production.
• Establish best practices fengineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, service monitoring, etc., drive continual improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications：
• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in engineering role focusing on large scale platform projects.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI gateway solutions; familiarity with one more AI gateway platforms such as Portkey-AI, APISIX, Kong AI Gateway, Higress, similar.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud/ Ali) containerchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience implementing Responsible AI controls, data governance, compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) cloud micro-services (e.g., Golang / Java)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical platforms from concept to production.
