社会责任审核员岗位职责

要工作内容:
1、熟悉服装纺织品行业欧美社会责任验厂、反恐验厂、环境及质量验厂的基本流程（包括 walmart ,taget , cosco 等欧美品牌客户）
2、按照社会责任审核和产地所在国家相关法规要求，指导相关人员完成并通过相关的验厂审核；
3、负责工厂社会责任、反恐资料、质量体系文件的准备，跟进落实客户或第三方验厂后的相关整改工作；
4、安排客户的验厂的相关文件的提供及陪同工作；
5、定期开展公司内审并跟进相关整改工作；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，英语四级以上，能熟练使用英文写邮件，能用简单英语口语交流者优先
2、三年以上欧美服装品牌验厂经验，纺织、服装行业优先；
3、熟悉相关的法律法规与品牌客户社会责任要求，熟悉相关环境审核，质量监控，生产安全的优先；
4、能适应出差
5、具备较好的职业操守

职责Duties & Responsibilities: 1． 熟悉各品牌审核要求，包括社会责任/ 反恐/ 品牌保护/ 品质等； Familiar with the requirements of various brands’audits, including social resposinbilities/SCAN/brprotection/product quality/Sustainability; 2． 能独立完成日常的一方审核（内审），并完成相关的报告编写； Be able to independently complete daily first-party audits (internal audits), complete the relevant reports; 3． 追踪、督促责任工厂完成审核报告的审阅及完整CAP的填写与提交（包括日常稽核/ 二三方审核） Track supervise the responsible factories to complete CAP filling submission (including daily audit/second third party audit); 4． 辅助工厂完成改善日常品牌客户要求的项目数据提交 Assist the factory to complete improve daily project data required by brcustomers. 5． 协助主管审核员做好法律法规与客人标准的收集与更新 Assist the auditor-in-charge in collectiong updating laws, regulations customer standards; 6． 具有良好的职业道德，认同公司文化 Have good work ethic recognize the company culture. 职位要求Job Requirement: 1. 中等教育（中等教育是在国家教育体系中，初等教育阶段后，进 入大学或类似教育机构前完成的一部分） 2. 综合社会工作经验1-2年或质量或环境管理领域的工作领域至少2年 3. 个人素质佳 4. 能恰当地将审核原则、程序和技术应用于不同的审核并保证审核实施的一致性和系统性 5. 能理解审核范围并运用审核准则 6. 能理解组织的运作情况。

职责Duties & Responsibilities : 1.Carry out quality related audit at designated factories according to customers’ standards and Company policy.   依据客户之标准及公司政策对被指派的工厂进行质量体系评审。 2.Support factory to organize and follow up with internal/external audits.   协助工厂组织内/外审的筹备及跟进工作。 3.Support factory to execute quality management activities (workers’ training and follow up with corrective actions on audit nonconformities and verify / monitor implementation tasks)   协助工厂开展适宜的质量管理活动,如员工培训/不符合工作的跟进及验证及监督工作。 4.Communicate with factory management, discuss any non-compliant issues with them, and create timelines for prompt execution of corrective action plan(CAP) after audits   针对审核发生问题要求工厂制定改善计划。 5.Set up training and coaching programs after factory CAP submission.    根据工厂制定改善计划予以培训及指导。 6.Monitor and report progress of factory CAP.   监督及汇报工厂之改善计划。 7.Execute and report monthly factory visits.   执行及汇报月度工厂查核计划。 8.Carry out other task and travel schedule designated by supervisor.   执行上司指派的其他工作。 职位要求Job Requirement : 1.College degree or above.   大专或以上学历。 2.Familiar with business administration and/or equivalent experience in ISO-9001 Quality Management system. 熟悉企业管理运作, 有质量管体系管理经验。 3.At least 1-2 years of relevant audit experience in shoe trading company/shoe factory/3rd party.   有3-5年从事鞋类贸易公司或鞋厂或第三方审核机构审核经验。 4.Knowledge and work on practical experiences in ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 standards.   熟悉ISO9000及14000标准。 5.Good communication skill and be able to work independently and be a problem solver.   具有独立开展工作和解决问题和良好的沟通技巧。 6.Details oriented personality, capable of capturing nonconformities easily during factory audit and write clear and convincing reports accordingly.  7.Good command of oral and written English.   具有良好的英语书写和口语表达能力 8.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) software.   熟练运用办公自动化系统。 9.Willing to travel extensively and frequently.   愿意经常的出差。
