设计副经理岗位职责

职位描述
职责描述:
1、 负责住宅项目建筑的设计及计划编制；跟踪设计单位的设计进度、质量，负责各类图纸审核和设计成本控制。
2、配合各项设计类报批报建，项目现场施工中的设计修改及其他技术支持。
3、协调设计单位、市政等单位工作，推进项目进度，并参与工程项目验收工作。
任职资格:
1、建筑学、建筑设计相关专业大学本科及以上学历（985/211学校毕业优先）;
2、中级以上技术职称；
3、熟悉建筑设计规范，有知名设计公司3-5年建筑设计工作经验者优先；
4、熟练掌握MSOffice办公软件，熟练运用AutoCAD等建筑设计软件，熟知建筑类相关的法律法规;
5、熟练掌握建筑设计、施工等法律法规、规范标准，能够解决工程中出现的技术问题;
6、身体健康，团队意识、执行力强。

Lead the team to optimize complete all visual designs of the mall.

Deliver the creative concept manage the execution of all visual designs accordingly marketing strategy theme.
Manage the high quality of visual designs in needed.
Lead the team to onsite regular visual materials, to convey accurate effective visual information to customers.
Cooperate with other teams to jointly promote creative designs accordingly.

Skills, Qualifications Experience Requirements:
职位要求：
Bacheldegree above in arts design is preferred.
Minimum 5-year related experience, with good negotiation, communication management skills.
Deliver good concept leading the teamwork to complete integrated visual project accordingly, not limited to overall concept the storyline, as well as the future/sustainable usage.
Goodiginal visual design with artistic trendy vision expression, not limited to KV, typeface design as well as vision graphics, etc.
Conversant with the use of all visual design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, also familiar with 3D dynamic vision.
Fully understthe advertisement materials be able to make good selection accordingly.
Good aesthetic awareness pay close attention to fashion visual design trends.

1、针对汽车设备制造业设计对应的工装检具，满足产品生产设计需要
2、机械/模具/夹具等相关专业大专及以上学历，
3、熟练使用设计软件3D/2D；
4、具有丰富的汽车工装夹具的设计经验（至少3年以上汽车行业从业经验）
5、具备独立设计和总体规划能力。有较强的解决现场工艺问题的能力，从事项目经理岗位经验优先。
6、敬业，有良好的团队精神，能够胜任一定压力下的工作。
7、工作岗位武汉，偶尔外地出差。
