设计支持岗位职责

职位描述
1.采购单制作：根据确认的样品需求，整理打样所需的面料、辅料清单，制作详细的采购申请单（包括材质、颜色、数量、供应商要求等）。
2.协助打样跟踪：协助设计师完成面料上机后的跟踪，颜色确认，纱线颜色修改等工作；协助包括排期协调、进度跟踪及问题反馈。
3.样品库管理：负责设计部样品、辅料的出入库登记、分类及存放管理，定期盘点库存。维护样品库整洁有序，建立电子化台账，确保快速检索。
4.BOM建档与管理：负责设计师产品BOM（物料清单）的建档、录入、更新及归档，确保数据准确性与完整性。协助设计师整理产品物料信息，维护BOM系统或表格的标准化。
5.报销支持：协助设计师完成样品及辅料费用的报销单据整理与流程跟进。
6.跨部门协作：对接采购、财务等部门，协调样品收发.

岗位要求：
1. 1年以上设计支持、跟单或库管工作经验，熟悉打样采购流程；
2. 熟练操作Excel/WPS，具备BOM或数据管理经验者优先；
3. 细心负责，能适应设计部快节奏工作，具备跨部门协调能力；
4. 有纺织/制造行业经验或设计相关背景更佳。

3.负责过3项以上10万平米的房建项目
4.有一级注册建筑工程师证书者优先考虑

任职要求 / Requirements
土木工程、结构工程相关专业本科及以上学历；
1~3年钢结构设计或相关工作经验；
熟悉钢结构基础设计概念及结构分析；
熟悉STAAD.Pro者优先；
对钢结构连接设计有基础理解者优先，但不是必须要求；
英文口语能力必须良好，能够参与英文技术讨论及会议；
能阅读英文规范、图纸及技术文件；
具备良好的沟通协调能力及学习能力；
有海外项目或国际项目接触经验者优先。
Bachelor’s degree above in Civil / Structural Engineering;
1–3 years of relevant experience in steel structure design related fields;
Familiar with basic steel structure design concepts structural analysis;
Familiarity with STAAD.Pro is preferred;
Basic understanding of steel connection design is preferred but not mandatory;
Fluent spoken English is mandatory, with the ability to participate in English technical discussions meetings;
Able to read English specifications, drawings, technical documents;
Good communication, coordination, learning abilities;
Overseas international project exposure is preferred.

协助海外钢结构项目投标阶段的结构设计及技术支持工作；
配合上海办公室结构设计经理进行投标阶段的技术协调、方案讨论及钢结构估算；
协助建立整体结构分析模型（STAAD.Pro）并进行基础结构分析；
协助整理项目技术资料、设计输入及技术文件；
参与海外项目英文技术会议及客户沟通；
协助跟踪项目设计进度、RFI及技术问题协调；
配合结构设计团队及Tekla深化团队进行技术协调；
对钢结构连接设计有基础理解者优先，但不是必须要求。
Assist in structural design technical support activities during the bidding stage foverseas steel structure projects;
Support the Structural Design Manager in the Shanghai office on bidding-stage technical coordination, proposal discussions, steel quantity estimation;
Assist in developing global structural analysis models using STAAD.Pro perform basic structural analysis tasks;
Assist in preparation of technical documents, design inputs, project engineering information;
Participate in English technical meetings client communication foverseas projects;
Support project progress tracking, RFI coordination, technical issue follow-up;
Coordinate with structural engineering teams Tekla Structures detailing teams;
Basic understanding of steel connection design is preferred but not mandatory.
