生产技术工程师岗位职责

岗位说明：不符合要求勿投
1.协助部门经理做好部门日常管理工作；
2.参与研发工作，能够制定研究目标和实施方案，对研究数据合理优化、协助调整生产工艺；
3.对参与的相关建设项目、技改项目，配合做好前期立项、工艺路线、图纸设计、施工阶段及*后项目进行投产试运行等工作；
4.做好配料表、月度金属平衡等工作，对生产过程中出现的问题跟踪解决，协助生产车间完成生产任务；
5.涉及公司科研平台、知识产权等相关外报文件资料的编辑整理；
6.对各种技术资料及时进行收集、整理、归档；
7.对公司日常管理过程中发现的问题积极提出建议。
招聘要求：
1，本科及以上学历，冶金工程或相关专业。
2，需 3年以上铜火法冶炼企业或危废处理（火法）企业生产工作经验，具备生产流程优化、设备改造、跨部门协调能力。
3，熟悉 生产工艺流程，能编制作业指导书（SOP）、BOM表及工艺文件。熟练使用 专业软件：CAD、SolidWorks、office等。
4，熟悉 精益生产等管理工具，能推动生产标准化与成本控制。
5，具备问题解决能力，可分析生产异常并提出改进方案。
6，具有良好的沟通协调能力，能与生产、质量部门协作。
7，抗压能力强，适应长期驻厂工作。

职位描述/Position Goals：
1.进行自动化设备、生产线或整套系统的概念设计、技术方案制定和详细工程设计。/Carries out conceptual design, technical proposal development, detailed engineering design fautomated equipment, production lines, complete systems.
2.应用标准现代工业设备并实施流程标准化。/ Apply standard modern industrial equipment implement process standardization.
3.开发及测试生产制造，测试技术。/Development testing of manufacturing & testing technologies.
4.产品生产相关流程开发。/Product production related process development.
5.管控、优化核心流程及设备。特别是注塑设备及注塑工艺的优化与系统性管控。 /Control optimize core processes equipment. In particular, optimize systematically control injection molding equipment processes.
6.熟悉产品特性，进行产品及生产流程失效分析及措施实施，评估有效性。/ Be familiar with the product production technology, do the trouble shooting, plan execute corrective action, control effectiveness.
7.上级安排的其他任务。/Other flexible task assigned by superior.

岗位要求/Job Requirement:
1.机电一体化，自动化或机械，电子类相关专业本科毕业。/Graduate with university degree in mechatronics，automation, engineering related.
2.具有机械/电子/电器/电磁相关专业背景。/Manufacturing in mechanical/electronic/electrical/magnetics industrial experience is preferred.
3.熟悉自动化及智能制造相关技术，具有系统化数字化思维。/Familiar with automation smart manufacturing technologies, possessing systematic digital thinking.
4.熟悉流程控制优先。/Familiarity with process control is preferred.
5.良好电脑应用技能。/Be skillful in PC software。
6.英语听说读写良好。/Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, writing.
7.较强的分析能力。/Method analytic thinking.
8.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作能力。/ Good communication coordinating ability.

职责描述：
•Performing the daily monitoring/surveillance of production wells, well problem analysis the remedy program preparation
气井生产动态分析，措施制定
•Production field/well test data validation analysis
生产数据，测井数据分析
•Involving in production Enhancement candidate selection process on area reservoir layer basis, preparation of well candidate proposal (including the conceptual well intervention program) well monitoring after the intervention operation.
参与气井增产措施，采气工艺技术研究，方案及程序制定，措施评价等
•of the wellbore diagrams, well/data files after the well intervention data acquisition activities
更新井的资料，如管串图，数据采集计划及跟踪，修井计划
•Involving in the preparation implementation of Production Enhancement Initiative, monthly quarterly production intervention activity planning proposal preparation
参与月度和季度动态分析，制定措施计划
•Involving in well modelling network modelling.
单井及管网模型建立
•Daily follow up of production deferments directly involving in RCA sessions
跟踪日常生产损失，根本原因分析
•Tracking of the production enhancement activities (cost, performance success rate)
跟踪气井增产措施情况（费用，总结等）
•Follow up of well flow back, well start up activities on site
跟踪气井压裂反排，制定气井开井程序
•Attending the related technical meetings follow up of the outcome of the meetings.
任职要求：
•石油工程类相当专业本科以上学历；
• 5年以上现场生产技术管理工作经验；
• 具备大型气田现场生产技术管理经验者优先考虑；
