双语物理老师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.教授国际部（AP/DP/ALEVEL/CIC/IGCSE/国际义务阶段课程体系）物理课程
2.与国际课程部内部教师进行教研活动，教学研究并参加集中备课，汇报人国际部主任
3.根据学生情况进行分层教学，制定教学计划，和课后辅导计划，一定量的自习轮班
4. 根据学生各阶段学习评测结果，为学员制定个性化教学计划
5. 与学生及家长保持学情沟通，保证教学质量
8. 根据招生工作需要，进行必要的公开课程的设计和展示
9. 负责教室、教具及教学设备的维护与管理
10.组织并参与学生活动，并在活动中对学生进行必要的管理
11.配合完成学校及部门的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、有国际学校CIE考试局IGCSE, AS、A2物理学科2年及以上教学经验；
2、熟悉课程大纲及相关考试内容，了解*新考试动态，能够准确把握考题趋势；
3、在教学管理部的指导下开展教研工作，参与学科课程建设

职责描述：
1.全英或双语教授高中物理课程，按时完成教学任务；
2.熟悉教学大纲，准确把握教学重点，并制定相应的教学安排；
3.善于归纳总结，教授学生高效的学习方法，激发学生学习兴趣；
4.积极参加学校组织的各种培训、教研、讲座、会议等活动，完成教研任务；
5.服从学校安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、教师需具备教师资格证
2、具备相关学科学位，有扎实的学术背景
3、富有想象力、创造力、学习能力，对教学满腔热诚，课堂生动启发
4、有海外学习、工作经历者优先
5、有国际学校教学经验优先

ESSENTIAL:
Teach A-Level Physics .

Requirements:
1. Bacheldegree, Master degree, Ph.D., other advanced degree in field related to physics.
2. Be familiar with physics Maths course contents, key points difficulties of Chinese students.
3. Has more than 3 years teaching experiences. Teaching experiences of pre-university students is preferable.
4. Good communication learning skills with outgoing patient personality.
5. Has strong sense of responsibility ability to work independently in a team.
Responsibilities：
1. Execute subject teaching in accordance with overseas syllabi.
2. Prepare daily weekly teaching plan according to syllabi upload them to website in 2 weeks’advance, fapproval from Center Academic Principal.
3. Apart from the appointed teaching material, enrich supporting teaching material ffiling, amplify test banks.
4. Make analysis of the past exam papers guide students to prepare the exam, to ensure the overall passing rates.
5. Give regular assignments to students, mark the assignments timely provide feedback.
6. Assess students on regular basis, keep main stakeholders regularly appraised of students’ progress.
7. Manage motivate students to learn improve.
8. Assist Center Academic Principal with testing marking, audit exam results recording.
9. Timely provide Center Academic Principal with student’ recent academic performance behavior.
10. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities (including teaching of a minselective of up to 3 lessons per week).
11. Work closely with other teacher academic admin staff to manage the students.
12. Actively support school activities.
