si工程师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1、参与各个项目高速互连方案设计，制定SI仿真方案并实施；并责任完成DDR、UPI、PCIE、HFI25Gbp、FC、光互连等信号总线的仿真设计；
2、制定Layout Guide，接口高速PCB设计并进行设计指导和评审意见输出；并责任设计高速背板及重点平台CRB主板PCB设计；
3、制定高速信号debug方案，掌握无源(TDR\VNA)测试能力,软件仿真和硬件验证有效结合；
4、分析主流竞争信息和服务器技术产品的高速信号发展趋势。了解SERDES,PCB材料，提供高速产品互连建议。

任职要求：
1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，电子相关专业优先，5年以上SI相关设计经验；
2、熟悉UPI、PCIE、SAS、DDR等高速总线协议；
3、掌握各类板级高速接口，总线的测试能力，仿测结合；
4、从事服务器方面设计和仿真者优先。

2. Signal integrity talents with rich theoretical knowledge to design outstanding SI performance product
3. Mastering of tools, TDR, VNA, CST, HFSS, PADS etc
4. Proven result driven performances be able to work independently under pressure
5. Good communication interpersonal skills; good commof English skills both in writtenal is optimal
