solution architect岗位职责

核心职责：
1. 负责软件系统解决方案的设计、评审及合规性验证。
2. 指导并带领开发团队构建符合企业标准的高质量软件系统。
3. 推动企业软件治理规范的落地与实施。
任职要求：
• 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，其中至少2年架构设计相关经验。
• 精通微服务架构、分布式系统设计及云原生技术栈（Azure/Ali Cloud）。
• 熟悉架构治理流程，具备TOGAF认证者优先。
• 具备独立分析复杂问题并提出系统性解决方案的能力。
• 逻辑思维清晰，沟通协作能力强，能高效推动跨团队协作。
• 英语口语流利，能胜任跨语言文化团队协作。
• 拥有持续学习能力及极强的自我驱动力，适应快速变化的技术环境。
软技能：

The Role
Will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities fanalysis, design, configuration of the application as a Solution Architect.
Responsibilities:
·Responsible fsolution consulting, including product implementation system integration. Collaborative commerce in the pre-sales stage.
·Individual contributfVeeva products services delivery projects. Responsible fhigh quality project deliverables.
·Hands-on production of project deliverables, including technical design related documents.
·Cooperate with customer Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly.
·Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices accelerators.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science other similar degrees
·Good English reading writing skills, speaking is preferred.
·Multi-system integration experience, solid understanding of architecture.
·Proficient in SQL, with the ability to analyze optimize
·Familiar with an object-oriented language, such as Java, .NET, C++, Python
·More than 3 years ‘work experience in IT industry.
·Motivated effective self-starter that can lead colleagues customers through complexity to get results
Nice to Have:
·Work experience in the Life Sciences

·Experience in CRM Events solutions
Familiar with WeChat development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SFDC.

We need you to have:
1. 8+ years of Java development experience,solid object-oriented programming fundamentals, familiarity with design patterns;
2. Spring, MyBatis other mainstream frameworks;
3. Familiar with MySQL/Oracle other databases, master index optimization, SQL tuning split library table solutions;
4. Skilled in using middleware such as Redis,RabbitMQ/Kafka, etc., understits core principles;
5. Microservices governance containerization technologies (Docker K8s) familiarity with cloud-native technologies.
6. Experience in high concurrency large data volume system development.
