• Strategy :
o Develop deploy PBL procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

Supplier Management -

• Negotiate master purchasing contracts, Quality Assurance agreements, Non-disclosure agreements, consignment contracts, etc., with suppliers.
• Lead quarterly supplier scorecard reviews to improve supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost.
• Identify risks, opportunities, underperforming suppliers; implement corrective actions to mitigate risks ensure continuous improvement.

1. Responsibilities
• Develop sourcing strategies fthe APAC region aligned with global category strategies, business objectives global strategic sourcing priorities
• Develop the sourcing framework/strategy drive sourcing plans that will result in cost savings/greater efficiencies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish spend baselines annual savings targets, ensuring alignment formal savings validation
• Conduct comprehensive market industry research to identify, assess, qualify potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards of quality reliability.

Key Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years extensive experience in strategic sourcing procurement, End-to-end sourcing execution with international trade, logistics supply chain dynamics in China Asia.
• Experience with procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, SAP, spend analytics)
• Experience running competitive bids managing supplier performance
• Familiarity with demmanagement category optimization
• Basic experience with Coupa other P2P applications (e.g. Ariba), including invoice approval activities, purchaseder creation, familiarity with document approval workflows
 Additional knowledge of P2P systems administration configuration, as well as supplier onboarding tools (e.g. Coupa- Aravo-like platforms), will be considered a plus
• Basic knowledge of finance accounting terminology, such as tax codes, document types, chart of accounts
• Strong critical & analytical thinking, negotiation abilities, demonstrated intercultural competence
• Ability to manage prioritize multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously, often across different business units timelines Adaptability in fast-paced global environments
• Fluent in Mandarin English

2、 及时与buyer、供应商及采购团队成团联系，安排好整个团队与供应商的拜访行程
3、 及时跟新SAP系统中关于产品的信息
4、 紧跟时间安排及商业准则，在SAP中制作采购单，并及时告知供应商
5、 密切与供应商联系以确保产品运输没有任何问题，同时及时与主管汇报有关大货出货中的问题
6、 负责样品的寄送与收取
7、 维护跟踪产品的测试报告，以确保产品的报告严格遵守强制性的标准，并及时跟新及归档
8、 安排供应商验货及验厂相关事宜
