岗位职责
1. 制定并实施供应链策略，协调总部采购至相关生产计划、销售、库房物流等所有涉及的整体核心流程；
2. 分析成本与效率，识别优化机会，旨在降低总成本并提升响应速度。此外，基于需求预测制定并实施库存策略，以优化库存结构并提高周转率；
3. 与企业生产、销售及销售运营部门开展跨职能协作，识别潜在供应链风险并制定解决方案加以应对；
4. 主动识别外部风险，包括跨境合作挑战和政策变动；制定相应应对措施及应急预案以减轻其影响；
5、负责仓库收货、上架、拣选、复核、打包、发货等全环节的SOP制定，通过数据分析优化库区布局与拣货路径，监控仓储各项KPI（如订单满足率、人均效率、耗材成本），定期分析并实施改进项目。
6、管理物流运输的日常运营，物流运输供应商的选择，提升效率、降低成本、保障时效。
7. 与集团IT部门协调，从供应链角度优化相关流程，并推动公司相关流程ERP系统升级的完成。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上供应链工作经验，有生产计划、仓储物流供应链经验的优先考虑；
2、英语可以作为工作语言；
3、熟悉供应链全流程，熟悉供应链全流程（采购、生产计划、物流）；
4、具备较好的数据分析能力；
5、具备较好的团队合作及沟通能力。

Key Responsibilities:
1. Dual-Plant PMC Management (~70% Focus)
· Production Planning: Lead the development, review, issuance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) weekly/daily production schedules fboth plants, ensuring feasibility optimal capacity utilization.
· Materials Control: Oversee the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process, formulate procurement inventory strategies fraw materials semi-finished goods, monitinventory levels to minimize the risk of obsolescence.
· Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Serve as the key liaison between Sales, ENG, Pjm, Procurement, Manufacturing by working with S&OP team to resolve critical issues such as demand-supply imbalances, capacity bottlenecks, material shortages.
· Performance Improvement: Establish monitkey PMC metrics (e.g., STR, Inventory Turnover, new added PFO, Schedule Attainment, TLC), driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
2. Multi-Country Import/Export Logistics Management (~30% Focus)
· Logistics Network Management: Take full responsibility finternational transport, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution related to six distinct import/export logistics operations
· Compliance & Cost Control: Ensure all import/export activities comply with customs regulations trade compliance requirements. Effectively control international/domestic logistics costs through negotiation optimized routing.
· End-to-End Coordination: Manage the seamless flow of information from plant outbound to overseas customers/warehouses. Oversee the performance of partners (carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers) to improve delivery reliability shorten lead times.
· Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in the international logistics landscape (e.g., vessel delays, port congestion, policy changes) develop robust contingency plans.
3. Team & Strategic Leadership
· Lead, mentor, develop a high-performing team encompassing planning, materials control, logistics functions.
· Contribute to execute the medium-to-long term supply chain strategy, driving digitalization projects (e.g., ERP, APS, TMS) process optimization initiatives.
4. Data Analysis Digital Enablement
· Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
· Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel to conduct in-depth mining analysis of end-to-end supply chain data (inventory, delivery, cost, logistics timeliness). Identify root causes of issues provide forward-looking decision support.
· Establish refine supply chain data dashboards freal-time transparent monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Digital Project Leadership:
· Identify opportunities fautomation digital improvement within supply chain processes. Lead play a core role in supply chain digitalization projects (e.g., ERP/APS (Advanced Planning Scheduling) system upgrades, TMS (Transportation Management System) implementation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), demforecasting platforms).
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
· Bachelors degree higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing supply chain management, with at least 5 years directly managing the PMC function across two more plants.(with experience in a team of at least 40 people).
· Proven hands-on experience managing import/export logistics, with a strong grasp of Incoterms, customs procedures, trade compliance.
· High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP,acle), particularly the PMC modules, advanced skills in data analysis modeling using Excel and/BI tools.
· Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a complex, multi-tasking environment.
· Exceptional PowerPoint creation professional presentation skills are mandatory. Must be able to provide samples of past presentations delivered to senileadership demonstrate strong structured thinking visual communication abilities.
· Fluent in English (both written spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in relevant industries (e.g., Electronics, Automotive).·
· Proven success in lead be a core team member in implementing supply chain digitalization projects, familiar with project lifecycle management. Preference given to those with experience in ERP/WMS/TMS system implementation significant cost-saving projects.
· Masters degree professional certifications such as CSCP CPIM.
