Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
1.    Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth reliable operation of software systems ffulfilling business objectives processes.
2.    Work with executive team members, decision makers, stakeholders to define business requirements systems goals, to identify resolve business systems issues.
Acquisition & Deployment
1.    Design deploy new applications enhancements to existing applications, software, operating systems.
2.    Perform cost-benefit return on investment analyses fproposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
3.    Conduct research on software systems products to justify recommendations to support purchasing efforts.
4.    Interact negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, contractors to secure system-related products services.
Operational Management
1.    Gauge the effectiveness efficiency of existing systems; develop implement strategies fimproving further leveraging these systems.
2.    Propose system design models, specifications, diagrams, charts to provide direction to system programmer development teams.
3.    Design perform server security audits, system backup procedures, other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery business continuity strategies.
4.    Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, backup servers their associated software enterprise systems.
5.    Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, other applications.
6.    maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, service records.
7.    Ensure compatibility interoperability of in-house computing systems.
8.    Coordinate perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, fmodified new systems.
9.    Monittest system performance; prepare deliver system performance statistics reports.
10.    Provideientation training to end users fall modified new systems.
Qualifications:
1.    Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, implementation of software systems, applications, related products.
2.    Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, general software management best practices.
3.    Excellent understanding of theganization’s goals objectives.
4.    Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices laws.

14.    The Systems Engineer will have a bachelor’s degree 4 years of System Engineering experience, associate degree 6 years related experience, 8 years related experience.

Responsible:
1. Support to evaluate analyze customer electrical requests in Quotation event with Engineering team provide technical support system proposal/concept of system during quotation phase.
2. Collect analyze customer requirement with regards to technical aspects.
3. Decompose technical electrical requirements from customer, specify derive system
requirements, establish bidirectional traceability to customer requirements in DOORS system.
4. Develop system architecture design subsystem design, define interfaces of system elements.
5. Take part in failure analysis, customer trouble analysis root cause analysis of system.
6. Take part in other technical activities in project development of system (DFMEA, Lessons Learned, technical review, A-SPICE assessment process, etc.)
7. Monitoring

Lead Advanced Engineering pre-development /feasibility projects in future AD, sensing intelligent vehicle technology areas.主导未来自动驾驶、感知及智能车载技术领域的高级工程预开发与可行性项目。

Drive technical commercial feasibility discussions, including trade-off analysis across performance, cost, complexity, timing business value.推动技术与商业可行性讨论，涵盖性能、成本、复杂度、周期及商业价值的权衡分析。
Support preparation of concept proposals, management updates, steering board materials decision papers in English.英文协助编制概念提案、管理层汇报、决策委员会材料及决策文件。

二、Your Qualifications 任职资格
Technical 技术要求
Bachelor’s degree above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Signal Processing, Control Engineering a related field.电气工程、车辆工程、机电一体化、计算机科学、信号处理、控制工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Several years of experience in automotive engineering, ideally in system engineering, technical project management, Advanced Engineering, ADAS/AD, radar, sensing, perception product architecture.具备多年汽车工程经验，优先拥有系统工程、技术项目管理、高级工程、ADAS / 自动驾驶、雷达、感知、感知算法或产品架构相关经验。
Solid understanding of AD/ADAS product technologies system-level development; knowledge of sensing principles, signal/data processing perception pipelines is highly preferred.深入理解自动驾驶 / ADAS 产品技术及系统级开发；具备感知原理、信号 / 数据处理或感知流程知识者优先。
Experience in concept development, feasibility study, requirement clarification, PoC planning early-stage product definition is strongly preferred.具备概念开发、可行性研究、需求澄清、概念验证（PoC）规划或早期产品定义经验者优先。
Good understanding of future vehicle technology trends such as centralized /zonal E/E architecture, AI-enabled functions, next-generation sensors intelligent actuators is a plus.了解集中式 / 区域式电子电气架构、AI 功能、下一代传感器或智能执行器等未来汽车技术趋势者优先。
