岗位职责

1. 领导技术团队（后端、前端、测试），制定技术标准与*佳实践

2. 负责公司餐饮软件产品的架构设计与核心功能开发，确保产品质量和可维护性。

3. 制定研发计划，管理从需求分析到上线交付的全流程，包括任务拆分、进度跟进与技术把控。

4. 协调跨部门及跨区域资源，推动香港及东南亚市场项目的高效交付。

5. 优化研发流程与工具，推动团队敏捷转型，提高整体效率。

6. 指导团队成员成长，支持人才梯队建设与技术储备。



任职要求 ：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先

2.具有2年以上互联网或软件研发项目管理经验，熟悉餐饮、酒店或零售行业者优先。

3.有跨区域、多语言项目交付经验者优先。

技术能力 ：

1.6年及以上软件开发经验，含 2 年及以上研发或团队管理经验。

2.熟练掌握 Java 及主流框架（如 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、Dubbo 等）

3.理解分布式系统、高性能与高并发架构，有数据库优化经验（MySQL、PostgreSQL 或acle）

综合能力：

4.能够独立带领 10人以上团队，具备较强的项目统筹与执行能力。

5.优秀的沟通协调能力、分析与解决问题能力

6. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏的跨区域协作环境

7.中英文沟通能力，粤语优先

Objective:

• Leadder engineering/R&D team to prioritize signed off work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles budgets, resources deadlines

Experience:
• 10+ years working management experiences in engineering/electrical design in industry area

Roles responsibilities:
Technical Manager is responsible fmanaging the technical department the assignment of tasks internally in the department has competence to hire fire employees in agreement with the CEO Plant Manager in Ningbo
The Technical Managers furthermore responsibility is to ensure the development, maintenance documentation of the product portfolio in Hoyer has decision-making powers within the agreed strategic budgetary framework.
Technical project responsibility towards suppliers internal partners responsibility of technical documentation of products.
Participating in securing future product portfolio.
