technical writer岗位职责

Responsibilities:
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager creates technical documentation fDometic products other Dometic brands. This technical documentation must be compliant according to various national international laws, directives, regulations, technical standards.
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager uses an Oxygen62XML/DITA62XML based authoring environment to the technical documentation.
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards the Product Managers responsible persons in the factories fthe management of all projects regarding technical documentation (internal external documents).
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager secures up-to-date creation, translation, archiving publication of technical documents (operating, installation, service manuals etc.). To achieve this, he/she creates technical documentation by himself/herself authorizes service providers to do so.
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager will spend 75% on authoring tasks 25% on QA, implementation development of authoring guidelines.
- He/she monitors follows-up on translations quality.
- He/she adapts processes tools in the technical documentation to the latest technical developments.
- He/she develops layout guidelines editorial guidelines ftechnical documentation.
- He/she supervises the observance of layout guidelines editorial guidelines.
- He/she develops monitors a consistent terminology.
Background & qualifications:
- The Technical Writer/Project Manager knows the applicable technical standards, directives laws researches new ones that apply to Dometic products.
- He/she uses Oxygen XML/DITA fcreating the technical documentation uses modern terminology management tools.
- He/she should have worked in a technical documentation department before. Technical Writing Bachelof Engineering/Arts similar qualification, at least English Level B2, CET-6 other equivalent level.
- He/she creates, edits proof-reads technical documentation with Oxygen62XML/DITA62XML from draft to print.
- It would be advantageous if he/she has experiences of automated content delivery (DocOps) continuous deployment (CD).
- It would be advantageous if he/she has experiences in terminology management.
- It would be advantageous if he/she has experience with XML programming with XSLT.
- It would be advantageous if he/she has experience with Adobe InDesign Adobe FrameMaker.
- Takes responsibility, working independently responsibly, excellent communication skills, problem awareness, creativity, addicted to transparency, shares knowledge.

1. 负责公司产品（如高速 SerDes、PCIe/UCIe/Ethernet IP、SoC 系统方案等）相关的技术文档撰写、编辑与维护，包括但不限于产品规格书、用户手册、应用指南、设计说明、数据手册、测试方案等。
2. 与研发、验证、系统、市场等多部门密切沟通，获取手技术资料，确保文档内容的准确性和完整性。
3. 根据目标客户的技术背景，撰写中英文双语技术资料，确保技术文档具有良好的可读性和专业性。
4. 参与制定公司文档规范和标准化流程，提高文档质量与一致性。
5. 协助完成专利文稿、产品发布说明、演示资料等技术传播内容的撰写与整理。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、计算机、英文或相关专业背景；
2. 有2年以上半导体行业技术写作经验，熟悉ASIC/SoC/IP等术语和开发流程者优先；
3. 具备扎实的中英文写作能力，能够准确表达复杂技术概念；
4. 了解产品开发流程、IC设计流程、验证流程或系统集成流程优先；
5. 熟练使用技术文档编辑工具（如Markdown、Word、FrameMaker、LaTeX、Confluence等）；
6. 具备较强的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力，能独立、高效完成任务；
7. 细致认真，逻辑清晰，对技术文档质量有较高标准。
加分项：
61 有高速接口（PCIe、SerDes、Ethernet、UCIe）技术背景或经验；
61 有在IC设计公司、EDA公司、IP公司工作经验者优先。
