test development engineer岗位职责

Descriptions:
1. Develop validation hardware software systems ftesting of Inverter/OBC/DCDC Products.
2. Develop hardware including creation simulation of electrical inputs outputs fInverter/OBC/DCDC Products under test.
3. Develop software focusing on control/analysis/diagnostics of test equipment electronic modules under test.
4. Support, develop, promote new technology processes.
5. Visibility to a range of new technologies of BorgWarner products.
6. Meet Departmental Cost / Quality / Objectives.
7. Lead the maintenance fLab equipment support the bench repair.
Qualifications:
1. Master/ B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Test Engineering is added advantage)
2. With at least 2 years of electronic product test experience
3. Comprehensive technical English reading/writing verbal communication skills are required
4. Experience with Labview(Must),TestStCVI.
5. Experience with PXI/PCI/Opal-RT
6. Positive attitude Teamiented
7. Honesty in relation with company, clients co-operators
8. Knowledge of estimating, planning, tracking control of projects
9. Good understanding of Inverter/OBC/DCDC Products will be an added advantage
10. PC application skill
11. Electrician license is preferred.

Responsibilities：
·Work both in the lab in the office on electrical test development data evaluation
·Maintain the available test equipment, improve it develop new test benches
·Define standard test routines fpackage-level wafer-level measurements of semiconductdevices
·Lead supervise the test engineers
·Evaluate the material defect, SPC device test data
·Contribute to device reliability testing
·Overview define product  datasheets
Requirements
·Graduate in Electrical Engineering Physics
·First work experience is a plus
·Skills in electrical measurements in using lab equipment
·Ideally experience in measurements of semiconductdevices, in package and/on wafer level
·Skills in data evaluation, ideally scripting programming skills
·Ability to communicate in English in a written form

Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Test Engineer responsible fmaintaining improving the test systems used in manufacturing.
The engineer will ensure that all products are tested according to the required specifications, while improving test reliability, efficiency, traceability.
This role is critical to ensuring product quality manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Trouble shooting - level 2 (testing scope)
Support production when test bench failed
Product / PCBA failure - RCA
• Test bench Maintenance
Maintain support existing production test benches testing equipment
Ensure test systems remain reliable, accurate, fully operational
Troubleshoot resolve test system failures
• Test Process Improvement
Improve test efficiency cycle time
Optimize test process reduce false failures
Enhance test automation data collection (CPK analysis)
PFMEA
• Quality & Compliance
Ensure testing processes comply with quality standards product specifications
Analyze test data identify quality trends
Support root cause analysis fproduction quality issues
• Documentation & Reporting
maintain test procedures technical documentation
Ensure proper test data traceability

Experience
Manufacturing experience, especially 5+ years in electronics electrical industry test engineering. Understanding of test jigs, fixtures, production test equipment used in manufacturing
PCBA test technologies is plus (ICT,FCT etc)
