Task Scope:
Define the test strategy base in different milestones approvals: B sample, C sample, BMG K release.
Collection of the Test Result & Reports
Test resource management & Maintenance: Test benches
Testing activities: Acceptance, Quick test & BMG test.
Qualification:
Engineering Bachelor/master’s degree in automotive electrical engineering similar mandatory 3+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position desired
Any work experience in Volkswagen will be a plus
Familiar project management in automotive environment Solid understanding of telematic connectivity knowledge
Profound knowledge
Presentation of abstract detailed facts in a simplified comprehensible manner
Capability to understanalyze Infotainment MIB/MEB system mandatory
Strong troubleshooting system analytics capabilities desired
Excellent intercultural communication coordination skills desired
Business language skills in English (writtenal) are a plus

Requirement
1.Test Manager
2.Bachelor’s degree above in electrochemistry, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering equivalent (master’s degree preferred);
3.More than 5 years of battery testing experience in battery company OEMs;
4.Understthe domestic foreign standards related to battery testing.
5.Aware of ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
6.Working experience in/with companies of VW group experience in/with XP is preferred, understanding the VW process is preferred.
7.Good commof the CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer etc. test tools;
8.Familiar with MS such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.
9.Fluent in English (German is preferred)

任职要求
1.测试经理
2.电化学、汽车工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士优先）；
3.具备5年以上电池公司或整车厂商的电池测试经验；
4.熟悉国内外电池测试相关标准；
5.了解ISO 26262及功能安全要求。
6.具备大众集团企业工作经验或XP相关经验者优先，熟悉大众流程者优先；
7.精通CANoe、CANape、CANalyzer等测试工具；
8.熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公软件；
9.英语流利（德语优先）

Job Duties:
制定与公司产品路线图相匹配、覆盖全生命周期的测试验证总体战略与总体规划。
Develop a comprehensive test verification strategy master plan aligned with the companys product roadmap, covering the entire product lifecycle.
建立覆盖系统、子系统及部件层的完整测试体系，包括单元测试、集成测试、系统测试、验证与确认、人因工程可用性测试、动物实验及临床前验证等。
Establish a complete testing system covering system, subsystem, component levels, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, V&V (Verification & Validation), human factors engineering/usability testing, animal trials, preclinical validation.
主导设计并持续优化测试流程、规范、标准操作程序及文档体系，确保符合医疗器械质量管理体系和法规要求。
Lead the design continuous optimization of testing processes, standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems to ensure compliance with medical device quality management systems regulatory requirements.
建立并管理缺陷生命周期，主导根本原因分析，与研发团队紧密协作，推动问题高效闭环。
Establish manage the defect lifecycle, lead root cause analysis (RCA), work closely with R&D teams to drive rapid issue closure.
深度参与设计评审，从测试与风险角度提供前瞻性输入。
Actively participate in design reviews, providing forward-looking inputs from testing risk perspectives.
主导产品风险管理活动，确保测试全面覆盖已识别风险。
Lead product risk management activities (ISO 14971), ensuring testing activities comprehensively cover all identified risks.
负责测试相关注册文档的编写、审核与归档，为产品注册申报提供可靠测试证据。
Oversee the preparation, review, archiving of test-related regulatory documentation, providing robust credible test evidence fproduct registrations.

Qualification:
本科及以上学历，机器人工程、控制科学与工程、生物医学工程、机械电子、计算机科学等相关专业。
Bachelors degree above in Robotics Engineering, Control Science Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, related fields.
8年以上复杂系统（医疗器械、航空航天、汽车电子等高可靠性领域优先）测试或质量保证经验，其中至少3年以上团队管理经验。
Over 8 years of experience in testing quality assurance fcomplex systems (preferably in high-reliability fields such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive electronics), including at least 3 years of team management experience.
具有手术机器人、医用导航设备、高端有源医疗器械等领域的完整研发测试经验者优先。
Priexperience with full-cycle R&D testing in surgical robotics, medical navigation devices, high-end active medical devices is preferred.
深刻理解ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, FDA QSR等。

掌握自动化测试、白盒/黑盒测试、性能测试、压力测试等。

Knowledge of foundational robotics technologies such as kinematics, dynamics, control theory, sensors, real-time systems is advantageous.
能清晰、有力地向技术团队和管理层传达测试发现与风险并能带领团队在压力下交付任务。
Ability to clearly effectively communicate test findings risks to technical teams management, lead the team to deliver under pressure.
有成功主导支持产品获得NMPA/FDA/CE注册上市测试经验者优先。
Prisuccessful experience in leading testing efforts to support product registrations (NMPA/FDA/CE) is preferred.
