外贸采购跟单员岗位职责

职位要求：1) 2years above purchasing experiences in Trading Company Buying office2年或以上外贸公司/采购办公室的工作经验。2) With abundant knowledges on promotional bags industry (like cosmetic bags, backpack etc.)对促销袋行业有丰富的专业知识(如化妆品袋、背包等等)。3) Good communication skill良好的沟通协调能力4) Good personality, responsibility, hard-working, aggressive良好的品行，责任心，工作努力，勤奋，有上进心。5) Fluent in listening, writing reading English, priority in goodal English skill流利的英语听，说，读，写能力。良好英语口语能力者优先。6) Team work spirit 具有团队合作精神7) Skillful computer operation, such as Excel, Word, Photoshop illustratetc.电脑操作熟练，比如Excel, Word, Photoshop illustratetc

电脑操作熟练，比如Excel, Word, Photoshop illustratetc

1、 负责采购合同后的跟单、催货工作；
2、 跟进货品生产、交付、付款等进度；
3、 监督货品品质，及时处理供应商的供货异常情况；
4、 正确估算损耗，保证配合工厂及时生产，降低库存成本；
5、 发展和维护供应商；
6、 协调本部门与相关部门之间的关系；
7、 本岗位需适应国内出差。
补充说明：
1、年龄20-35岁，性别不限，专科学历以上，共产党员优先；
2、身体健康、勤劳肯干、工作认真仔细、能吃苦耐劳、服从安排，有工作经验者优先；
3、沟通流畅、思维清晰，具一定文字功底；
4、计算机操作熟练，熟练使用办公软件，会绘图、PS类图片、音视频编辑软件者优先；
5、五天半工作制。
