外贸实习生岗位职责

One last thing: Before coming to our company, please research us thoroughly to understour business. This way, when you start your internship, we can get you working productively sooner minimize the training period.
Focus your research on the following topics:
1. A brief introduction to our companys business history.
2. What product lines do we have, what are their respective uses?
3. Who are the target customer groups feach product line, why?"
If possible, please compile your findings a document.
Recording a short video would be even better.
I know youre currently busy with exams, so please do this when you have time after your exams are finished. No rush.

岗位职责：
1、利用网络平台（如Google, LinkedIn, 海关数据等）,国内外展会等，收集、整理和分析潜在客户信息；
2、协助处理外贸函电（英文邮件为主）的撰写、翻译及回复；
3、协助准备基本的报价单、销售合同等外贸单证；
4、协助更新和维护销售记录及CRM系统；
5、协助跟进订单执行状态，与内部生产、采购、物流等部门沟通协调；
6、完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科在读或应届毕业生，国际贸易、商务英语、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2、优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力是必备条件。 (需提供相关证明，如CET-4/6, TEM-4/8, 雅思/托福成绩，或通过面试测试)；掌握其他外语（如西班牙语、法语、俄语、阿拉伯语等）是加分项；
3、积极主动，学习意愿强烈，良好的沟通能力和抗压能力；
4、有相关外贸实习经验或项目经验者优先。

岗位职责:
1.参与外贸业务的日常运营与管理，确保业务流程的顺畅。
2.与客户建立良好的沟通与合作关系，理解客户需求。
3.协助团队成员进行市场分析和业务拓展。
4.参与团队会议，为业务发展提供建议和支持。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，国际贸易/英语专业 英语四级以上；
2.对国际市场有浓厚的兴趣，能够快速适应变化。
3.具备较强的学习能力和自主开发能力。
4.有责任心，能够承受工作压力。
