维修组长岗位职责

工作内容:
Job contend:
1. 安全“0”事故；
Ensure safety, no accident;
2. 编制冲压模具保养、研磨计划、按计划落实；
Formulate maintenance grinding plans fstamping die implement them as planned;
3. 现场人员管理，相关部品部件申请
On-site personnel management, application frelated components parts;
4. 月度故障统计分析对策；
Monthly analysis statistic of faulty die;
5. 模具问题的跟踪与持续改进；
Tracking continuous improvement of mold problems;
6. 备品备件的管理；
Spare parts management;
7. 现场5S管理；
On-site 5S management;
8. 文件管理；
Documents management;
9. 人员教育、培训、岗位能力提升；
Education training fstaff to improve their working ability;
10. 生产现场异常，快速分析以及解决能力。
The ability to quickly analyze solve problems in the production site
11. 完成其他交待的任务、配合其他部门的工作；

经 验:

◆有3年以上的模具保养﹑修理经验；
With experience in die maintenance repair more than 3 years.
技能技巧:
Skills:
◆独立操作行车、叉车等；
Be able to operate cranes forklifts independently;
◆掌握模具的基本构造，会看图纸；会模具日常点检，会模具的基本拆分；
Master the basic structure of the die know how to read drawings;
◆可独立操作磨床，会研磨模具；
Be able to operate grinding machine independently; Be able to grind the die;
◆会零部件的交换；
Master how to exchange of components;
◆会使用千人尺、卡尺等；
Master how to use dial gauge caliper;
◆具备复杂的故障分析能力，同时能系统的进行解决。
Have capability of complex fault analysis, can solve the problem systematically;
◆模具基本点检、维护、研磨、拆装有指导培训的能力；
Have capability of die basic check, maintenance, grinding, disassembly instruction training.

工作职责：
1、主要负责牧场单机车辆、TMR搅拌车等车辆设备的维护维修；
2、协助设备经理对设备维修人员的管理；负责高低压供电系统、挤奶机、制冷设备、CIP设备、空压机等奶厅设备的维护维修；
3、协助负责设备系统管理平台的信息管理；
4、协助负责报批牧场设备闲置、调拨、报废等业务流程；
5、以及领导安排的临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历
2、机电一体化等相关专业
3、掌握机电维修相关专业知识及相关工具、实践；
4、熟悉其他机电维修相关专业、工具及其发展趋势；
5、掌握机电维修相关专业涉及的法规、国家、地方监管的相关政策要求；

一、任职要求：
中专及以上学历，机械、化工、食品等相关专业，三年以上机械操作维修及管理经验优先。
二、岗位职责：
1、严格按照程序进行喷码、集罐、杀菌、出入釜、卸罐、栈堆等岗位产品生产及流程管理；
2、对所管辖区域的人员管理、原料、厂房、设备、6S安全等全面负责；
3、向主管汇报岗位的异常事项；
4、服从生产线人员安排及主管其他临时交办事项。
