windows运维工程师岗位职责

Overall Purpose：
According to the companys IT plan, establish maintain the IT system environment to meet the constantly growing business demands.

Position Responsibilities
1 Deploy, maintain, optimize enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization platforms.
2 Administer Microsoft server products (Windows Server, Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, etc.) to ensure efficient operation security of production environments.
3 Oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of virtualization platforms to guarantee high availability rational resource utilization.
4 Configure, monitor, maintain physical server hardware to ensure high availability optimal performance.
5 Evaluate new software/hardware requirements manage IT resources in alignment with company policies.
6 Develop maintain data backup strategies to ensure secure data recovery in the event of human errdisasters.
7 Manage Microsoft O365, including user account management, permission configuration, license provisioning, daily user support.
8 Administer on-premises IT permissions fuser systems.

Requirement:
Maj& Education: Bacheldegree above.
Job Experience: 3 years experience with IT architecture.
Computer Skill: experience in design, implementation maintenance of complex IT architecture.
Qualification Certificate Requirements: preferred MCSE.
Professional Skill: Good knowledge of infrastructure hardware software; Good knowledge of Microsoft products family.
Other Requirements: Good communication skills ability to lead coordinate the team work.

3. 了解网络基础知识，如OSI七层模型，TCP/IP协议，常用路由协议。
4. 熟练编写PowerShell脚本。
5. 具有自动化运维经验者优先。
6. 具有SQL Server数据库的运维经验者优先。

1. 负责公司所有Windows服务器的安装，配置和运维。
2. 负责Windows常见服务的安装、配置和运维。
