物料工程师岗位职责

招聘对象： 社会人才 工作地区： 安徽-合肥市-瑶海区

1、主持或参与新物料验证，并组织评审
2、编写物料检验检测方法及相关测试报告
3、电子图面存档维护和版本管理

岗位职责：
1. 计划采购：编订采购计划，比价下单，跟催到货，应急补料。  
2. 供应商管理：选评供应商，监控交期与质量，维护稳定供货。  
3. 库存控制：设安全库存，盘点清查，处理呆滞料并优化结构。  
4. 质量把关：参与来料检验，处理不合格品，提升物料利用率。  
5. 协同沟通：对接生产、研发、采购、质量，快速解决物料问题。  
6. 数据维护：更新物料主数据，输出库存及缺料报表。  
7. 持续改进：推动降本增效，学习新技术，优化流程。

【岗位要求】
大专及以上学历，有多年物料岗位经验，能吃苦抗压能力强

【薪资情况】
底薪8000-8500，加班基数0.7/21.75/8，入职就交五险一金

【工作时间】
月休4-8天，7/8点上班，长白班，加班上限54小时
【吃住情况】
包工作餐，不包住宿
【体检情况】
先自费体检，入职两个月后报销

岗位职责：
• 严格遵守公司职业操守与合规相关管理条例

熟练掌握SAP系统操作技能，负责完成[SAP BMO主数据维护]相关工作：
Skilled in SAP system operations, responsible f[SAP BOM master data maintenance] activities:
• 负责SAP系统中DS代码申请与修订； Be responsible fDS code application revision in SAP system;
• 负责SAP系统中主配方创建与维护；Be responsible fmaster recipe creation maintenance in SAP system;
• 根据项目物料采购需求在SAP维护物料清单；Maintain the material list in SAP according to the purchase requirements of project materials;
• 负责跟进FL的物料清单签批情况及SAP BOM的准确录入；Be responsible ffollowing up the material list approval of FL accurate entry of SAP BOM;
• 负责生产版本创建与维护。Be responsible fproduction version creation maintenance.
• 负责资源创建与维护。Be responsible fresource creation maintenance.
统筹推动或支持GMFG物料相关流程的优化/标准化，推动跨部门协作及持续改善。Coordinate drive, provide support for, the optimization standardization of GMFG material‑related processes, while promoting cross‑functional collaboration continuous improvement.
• 1) 协调跨部门（MFG/GSO/QA/QC等）协作，以优化物料相关流程的运营效率。Coordinate cross function (QA/QC/GSO etc.) collaboration to optimize operation efficiency of material‑related processes.
• 2) 建立、整合及优化GMFG物料相关流程；制定标准化作业流程或工作指南，确保实践固定化且可复制。Establish, consolidate optimize material‑related processes of GMFG. Develop standard operating procedures/workflows work instruction (SOPs/WIs) to ensure best practices to be fixed replicable.
• 3) 定期评估改进效果，持续迭代优化。Continuously evaluate refine improvement outcomes.
按需支持其他物料相关工作。Support other material-related support on demand.
协助上级完成部门其他工作。Assist supervisors with other departmental duties as assigned.
• 按时完成个人GMP培训任务，保证自己有资质执行所需操作，负责配合部门对其他有需求的员工进行相关培训
• Complete individual GMP training tasks to ensure the qualification fGMP activities be responsible fcooperating with the department in relevant training fother employees in need.
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，生物、化学、医药工程等相关专业优先，或具有同等工作经验的人员。
Bachelor’s degree above, preferably in biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical engineering other related specialties, with equivalent working experience.
具有GMP生产物料流程或SAP系统的相关知识或经验，有1年以上相关工作经验者优先。
Possesses knowledge experience in GMP production material processes SAP systems; More than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
具有较好的沟通能力、协调能力和影响力，能有效推动跨部门协作。
Possesses good communication, coordination skills influence skills; Able to effectively drive cross-function collaboration.
具有数据分析技能和实际经验者优先。Data analysis skills practical experience are preferred.
工作积极向上并具有良好的学习能力和理解能力。Positive proactive at work, with strong learning comprehension abilities.
具有吃苦耐劳的品质及良好的身体素质。Hardworking, resilient, in good physical health.
