物理治疗师岗位职责

Job Description工作职责
1. Responsible fpatient rehabilitation assessment/physical fitness assessment, provide targeted rehabilitation guidance to patients make plans implementation；负责患者康复评估/体能评估，为患者提供有针对性的康复指导，制定康复计划并实施;
2. According to the needs of patients, to provide patients with professional rehabilitation, rehabilitation training, physical rehabilitation training, pain treatment, injury protection other services；根据患者的需要，为患者提供专业的康复治疗、康复训练、体能康复训练、疼痛治疗、损伤防护等服务；
3.Be familiar with the equipments, instruments, aids, to provide professional guidance to patients； 熟练掌握各项设备、仪器、训练辅具，为患者提供专业指导；
4. Responsible fpatients follow-up feedback；负责患者的随访和意见反馈；
5. Finish the medical record on time, write it in standard；按时完成病历书写及规范书写病历；
6. Be familiar with internal SOP in clinic follow the standard；熟悉门诊内部SOP，并按标准执行；
7. Actively participate in the training of UPA, constantly improve personal professional skills；积极参与优复研究院各项培训，不断提升个人专业技能；
8.Finish the training teaching work on time； 按时按质完成新人培训带教工作
9. Actively cooperate with Marketing Department to carry out events。积极配合市场部活动开展与执行。
Qualifications任职资格
1. Majin Physiotherapy, master degree above;康复医学专业，硕士及以上学历；
2. Willing to work in a bilingual environment, English is available as a working language;乐于在双语的环境下工作，英语可作为工作语言;
3. Knowledge of PT OT related rehabilitation techniques proficiency in the use of therapeutic equipment training equipment in the field of rehabilitation;掌握PT或OT相关康复诊疗技术，熟练使用康复领域相关的治疗仪器和训练器械材;
4. Have good professional ethics teamwork spirit;拥有良好的职业道德和团队协作精神;
5. Hardworking able to work under pressure.吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。

儿童康复师（物理治疗师） 
岗位要求： 
1）康复专业，有成康或儿康工作经验者优先； 
2）有责任心、耐心，能服从安排。 
内容：在上级医师指导下，为运动生长发育迟缓，脑瘫儿童进行功能训练。

岗位职责：
1、协助医生进行相关患者的护理;
2、熟悉操作医疗器械仪器；
3、内外清洁，严格按照要求进行消毒。
4、完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、临床医学、护理学相关专业，中专及以上学历；
2、有高度的责任心和服务意识；
3、身体健康，五官端正。
