信用分析师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.负责开展行业风险分析研究和信用评级报告撰写工作；
2.协助项目负责人开展信用分析和评级工作；
3.收集、整理和研究与ESG评级、鉴证相关的信息并形成报告；
4.与信用风险分析和ESG评级相关的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. “理工+金融/经济学/财务”复合专业背景硕士及以上学历，具有CPA、CFA等资格者优先；
2. 具有良好的沟通能力、优秀的研究分析能力和文字表达能力；
3. 英语水平优秀，具有创新思维、工作能力多元者优先；
4. 有其他知名信用评级机构工作经验者优先。

根据 SLA 和/或公司政策，高质量、按时完成分配在 CTC 领域的任务和工作组合。
确保遵守公司政策和流程。
通过提供支持性文件，协助内部和外部审计。
执行与外部和内部控制相关的活动。
使用现有流程完成特定任务，在直属经理或更有经验的同事监督下产出结果。
学习并应用政策和实践。
识别变化并对例行任务中出现的偏差做出响应，必要时及时升级。
与同事、直属经理及相关利益方互动，了解岗位职责并逐步熟练。
识别简单的流程改进机会，提出改进建议。
你具备的条件
会计、金融、行政或相关专业的学士学位。
2-5 年相关工作经验。
具备信用风险和催收管理及相关实践的扎实理解。
具备较强的问题解决、文档处理、研究与解决、数据分析及多任务处理能力。
以客户服务为导向。
优秀的英文书面及口头沟通能力。
熟练掌握 Microsoft 应用程序，包括 Word、PowerPoint、Excel 和 Outlook。
熟悉相关计算机软件（如 SAP ECC）。
如何脱颖而出
良好的本地语言能力（韩语/越南语）为加分项。
有海外学习背景者优先。
细致、可靠、积极的团队合作精神，具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

职责描述：The tasks include, but not limited to:
Functional Responsibility/Domain Related
• Tracking industry dynamics regulatory trends
• Tracking operational performance on regular basis, which include:
o evaluating country macroeconomic risk
o competitive position,
o strategy/execution/management, and
o profitability/peer comparisons
• Tracking financial performance on regular basis statements, which include:
o accounting
o financial governance policies
o analysis of financial ratios trends, and
o liquidity/short-term factors
• Financial modeling - historical projections, conducting peer comparisons;
• Responding to Credit events;
• Preparing internal research notes;
Process Adherence
• Follow defined processes in day-to-day execution of assignments
• Ensure retention, documentation, dissemination of knowledge
• Strictly practice follow all Compliance, Confidentiality, Information Security Policies, Procedures Guidelines of theganization.
Client Management/Stakeholder Management
• Build maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Manage a wide range of requests from various global Credit Analysts
• Understcontribute proactively to client priorities
任职要求：Candidate shall have:
• Strong understanding of accounting financial concepts
• Strong financial modeling capabilities
• Above average written verbal communication skills
• Good reading/writing/speaking skills in Mandarin English
• Innovative thinking solutionientation

• Sector/Industry knowledge credit research experience will be added advantage
