洗衣房主管岗位职责

Ensures the storage of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards procedure set by the Hotel.
确保按照酒店设定的标准和程序储存布草/制服。
Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness serviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room.
在发送给使用部门/布草房前，检查洗涤的物品，以确保其干净及可用性。
Supervises coordinates the activities of personnel responsible fengaged in the processing of guest house laundry items.
在洗衣运作中，督导并协助负责及参与清洗客人和酒店衣物的员工。
Strictly adhere to the par stocks fall operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items.
严格遵守所有运营设备、用品及盘存物品的存量标准。
Ensures the Housekeeping Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers other departments.
确保将任何来自客人或其它部门的反馈及时并准确地沟通给客房部经理。
Reports to Housekeeping Manager of any majproblems, discrepancies in count, defects, stains in garments prito laundry/ dry cleaning.
在洗涤/干洗前，向客房部经理报告重要的问题、衣物数量的不一致、破损或污渍。
Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry Housekeeping.

【岗位职责】
1、协助洗衣房的日常运营管理，确保洗衣服务高效、有序进行；
2、执行洗衣房的工作流程与标准，监督员工操作规范，确保洗涤质量符合酒店标准；
3、合理分配工作任务；
4、负责洗衣房设备的使用、维护与保养，定期检查设备运行状况，及时报修故障；
5、协助管理洗衣房库存，包括洗涤剂、布草等物资的采购、领用及消耗记录，控制成本；
6、协助培训新员工，提升团队专业技能与服务意识，确保员工掌握安全操作规范；
7、检查布草及衣物的洗涤效果，确保无损坏、无污渍残留，符合卫生标准；
【岗位要求】
1、具备洗衣房同岗位工作经验；
2、熟悉洗衣设备操作及洗涤流程，了解各类布草、衣物的洗涤要求；
3、具备较强的组织协调能力；
4、注重细节，责任心强，能够确保洗涤质量与卫生标准；
5、具备基础设备维护知识，能处理简单故障或及时上报维修；
6、良好的沟通能力；
7、能够胜任体力劳动。

Monitors keep an inventory of uniforms.
管理并记录更新制服盘点情况。
Leases with tailfrepairing clothing fguests.
与裁缝沟通关于客衣的缝补情况。
Assists in stock inventories.
协助库存盘点。
Helps in laundry section as when required.
随时协助洗衣房的运转。
Responsible frepairing items such as drapes, sheers, bed dust ruffles, other linen, etc. Additional responsibilities tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business of the hotel.
