验货员qc岗位职责

岗位职责：1、负责外发产品的大货检验，确保符合公司质量标准。2、依据检验标准对原料、半成品及成品进行检验，并出具验货报告。3、监控供应商生产过程，跟进生产进度与产品质量。4、对发现的质量问题及时反馈并提出改进建议。5、完成上级安排的其他相关质检工作。任职要求：1、18岁到35岁，有手袋厂相关工作经验者优先。2、持有有效驾照，能适应外勤工作。3、熟悉手袋、箱包类产品的生产工艺和质量标准。4、具备良好的观察力、责任心和沟通协调能力。5、能熟练使用常规办公软件，独立完成验货报告。

General Summary: As a QC, you will be responsible fensuring that all footwear products meet our company’s quality standards comply with our policies on compliance technical standards. You will collaborate closely with production, sourcing, product development teams to identify resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in footwear production quality control will ensure that our products meet customer expectations all applicable industry regulations. You will also be required to accept domestic international rotational business trips as assigned. Essential Duties Responsibilities: • Conduct quality inspection process fraw materials, components finished products final inspections to ensure they meet all quality compliance standards. • Monitproduction processes to identify opportunities fimprovement recommend enhancements to production. • Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective preventive actions. • Develop improve quality control processes procedures to enhance product reliability durability. • Recommend manufacturing optimizations to reduce defects, improve efficiency, minimize waste. • Communicate with suppliers manufacturers to ensure they understmeet our quality standards. • Conduct factory audits inspections to ensure consistency in production adherence to compliance policies. • Educate suppliers internal teams on compliance requirements industry best practices. • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, documentation to support audits quality assessments.
