仪器仪表维修岗位职责

机电工程及仪表维修有一定的基础、能熟练使用WORD及Office;

仪表技术员负责工厂各类仪表的维护、故障排查与修复工作。通过日常巡检确保仪表稳定运行，为生产流程提供准确数据支持，保障生产活动顺利进行，同时协助新仪表的安装调试，助力工厂设备升级与优化。
The Instrument Technician is responsible fthe maintenance, fault detection, repair of various instruments in the factory. Through daily inspections, the technician ensures the stable operation of the instruments, provides accurate data support fthe production process, guarantees the smooth progress of production activities. Meanwhile, the technician assists in the installation commissioning of new instruments, contributing to the upgrade optimization of factory equipment.
1. 仪表维护：制定并执行仪表定期维护计划，完成温度、压力、流量等仪表的日常巡检、校准和保养，记录仪表运行数据，及时发现潜在问题并处理。
Instrument Maintenance: Develop execute a regular maintenance plan finstruments. Complete the daily inspection, calibration, maintenance of temperature, pressure, flow, other types of instruments. Record instrument operation data, promptly identify potential problems, handle them.

2. 故障处理：快速响应仪表故障，现场诊断并准确判断故障原因，及时修复故障，更换损坏部件，恢复仪表正常工作，并详细记录故障及维修情况。
Fault Handling: Respond quickly to instrument failures, conduct on - site diagnosis, accurately determine the cause of the fault, promptly repair the failure, replace damaged components, restore the normal operation of the instrument, record the fault repair details in detail.

3. 协助新仪表工作：参与新仪表的安装与调试，协助工程师完成相关工作；收集仪表使用反馈，为仪表选型和采购提供参考。
Assistance in New Instrument Work: Participate in the installation commissioning of new instruments, assist engineers in related work; collect feedback on instrument usage to provide a reference finstrument selection procurement.
Qualifications
1. 教育背景：自动化、仪器仪表等相关专业，大专及以上学历。
Educational Background: A college degree above in Automation, Instrumentation, related majors.

2. 工作经验：3年以上仪表维护相关工作经验，有工厂工作经验优先。
Work Experience: Above 3 years of work experience related to instrument maintenance. Those with factory work experience will be given priority.

3. 技能要求：熟悉常见仪表工作原理和结构，掌握仪表故障诊断和维修技能，能熟练使用各类维修工具和检测设备，具备基本电气知识。
Skill Requirements: Be familiar with the working principles structures of common instruments, master instrument fault diagnosis repair skills, be able to skillfully use various maintenance tools testing equipment, possess basic electrical knowledge.

4. 其他素质：工作认真负责，有较强责任心；具备良好团队合作精神和沟通能力，善于学习，能快速适应新环境和技术要求 。
Other Qualities: Be serious responsible at work, with a strong sense of responsibility; have good teamwork spirit communication skills, be good at learning, be able to quickly adapt to new environments technical requirements.

任职要求：
1、电子类或机电一体化等相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、形象好，口齿清楚，具有良好的服务意识和语言表达能力；
3、能看懂电路图，手工焊接技能熟练，具备独立使用（万用表、示波器、直流/交流电源）等维修工具、工装的能力；
4、动手能力强，具备良好的职业道德，
5、具有仪器仪表维修工作经验者优先考虑。

岗位描述：
1、负责对产成品维修和故障分析，完善产品可维修性；
2、负责产线不良和返回品的不良检测、故障分析及故障维修；
3、负责编写产品维修作业指导书及技术文档；
4、负责撰写维修品检测维修报告及不良品报废统计；
5、执行力强。
