运动教练岗位职责

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
基本职责
--Guide customers in the understanding correct usage of all CAGES game facilities;
指导顾客了解并正确使用CAGES的所有游戏设施；
--Explain all game competition rules fcustomers;
为顾客讲解所有游戏设施竞赛规则；
--Be familiar with all types of CAGES’ activities, including team building, special events daily operation activities,provide preparation, assistance in charge of hosting when necessary.
熟悉CAGES各类活动，包括企业团建、特殊活动及日常运营活动，并在团建活动所需时提供前期准备、协助及主持工作；
--Assist in conducting the maintenance cleaning of game facilities, ensure the game machines associated equipment is in proper workingder;
协助指导游戏设施的维护、清洁和保养，保障设施设备的正常运行；
--In charge of corporate team building game reception coaching;
负责团队活动接待；
--Organize coordinate site use;
组织并协调场地的使用；
--Ensure Television video is showing proper Sports Events video feeds are in workingder;
制定直播、录播体育赛事节目预告及视频输入正常工作；
--Plan fthe broadcast sports events;
安排播放体育赛事节目；
--Handle emergencies based on CAGES’ crisis management manual;
根据公司危机处理手册处理突发状况；
--Perform FOH position’s function when management needed.
能够在餐厅需要时根据经理安排履行外场相应岗位工作。
--Other duties as requested by management.
其他经理要求事项。

职责描述：
1、跑步课程的授课、课程记录、课后数据汇总；
2、为学员进行跑步运动专项测试；
3、参与公司市场活动，进行品牌及理念推广；
4、记录学员及访客意见建议，提高服务质量和客户满意度。
任职要求：
1、高中以上学历，具有优秀的中长跑或马拉松成绩，强健的体魄，体型匀称；
2、具有基础的运动解剖学、运动生理学、运动训练基础与应用、运动营养学等理论知识；
3、性格开朗阳光，工作勤奋敬业，有良好的沟通能力、理解力和学习能力；
4、体育类专业背景及有团体课程授课经验及私人教练经验者优先。

1).方案落地推进：在为客户制定增肌方案后，能主动推动方案落地；
2).全周期追踪跟进：不局限于单次服务，会积极主动追踪客户后续情况(如私教课、团课、干预工具消耗),及时发现问题并协助调整，确保服务闭环。
3.抗压能力突出，善于调节自身情绪；​
任职资格：
有两年健身经验体育专业应届毕业生或至少两年私教经验者；具备与顾客面谈咨询的能力，公众演讲的能力。
