助理项目经理岗位职责

Project Manager
Your role responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
● Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance, monitproject schedules ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of all project documents. Coordinate across multiple departments, including： customers, sales, design, procurement, production, quality, after-sales, finance—throughout the entire project lifecycle from contract payment to final on-site delivery. Identify project risks implement mitigation measures. Manage project changes by evaluating cost schedule impacts executing corresponding change contracts.
● Build maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
● Manage/lead project team to ensure project success team spirit
● Ensure quality/continuous performance
Qualifications fthe role
● Bachelor’s degree above
● Majors in electrical engineering related.
● Engineering background, preferably Electrical Engineering Automation
● Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, SAP)
● Customer-oriented
● Strong sense of responsibility
● Fluent in written spoken English

1．协助PM完成临床试验受试者招募工作中项目分析、项目培训、项目过程管理等；
2．协助PM制定项目目标、任务分解，推动业务团队完成项目入组目标；
3．协助PM进行团队管理，保证团队内部的良好和高效沟通；
4. 协助PM对项目各环节的协调和管理；
5．协助PM与申办方、SMO公司、研究中心等进行外部协调和沟通工作；
任职要求：
任职要求Job requirements :
1. 本科及以上学历，生物、医学、药学、临床等相关专业；
2. 有临床试验相关工作经验优先，有肿瘤领域相关工作经验优先；
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，做事积极主动；
4. 熟悉常用办公软件及工具。

一、岗位职责
主要负责中山工厂丰田项目搬迁建设落地以及量产后项目管理，并协助丰田项目经理进行对外（丰田客户）管理。（客户对接，资料制作，客户汇报，问题点跟进等）
1、协助项目经理管理整体项目的搬迁计划，负责项目搬迁中发生所有问题，包括质量，交付，进度，成本等问题，并进行跟踪确认，确保项目顺利推进。
2、针对已经量产的项目，需要工程变更和设计变更的，和客户沟通汇报，并取得认可。
3、协助项目经理对外管理，内部沟通，汇总资料，和客户汇报沟通。

二、任职资格
1、了解IATF16949及五大工具书要求、APQP流程、项目管理工具；（了解丰田体系者优先）
2、日语N1以上（硬性要求！）、优秀应届生也可。
三、工作环境
培养前期绍兴市滨海为主，按需前往中山工作。
