钻井监督岗位职责

要求有至少3年的石油现场工作经验（*好是所学专业与监督工作相关），学历大专以上，能吃苦，身体好，实习期2个月，实习期结束后薪资13万以上年薪，专业技术水平、工作能力优秀者待遇更高，工资月结，缴纳社保,工作量饱和（塔里木工区和西北局工区优先）
工作地点：中石化塔河油田工区
工作内容：
1. 核心工作的执行，确保完成公司的目标。
2. 对接相关部门，完成跨部门协作。
3. 其他事务： 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作任务。

钻井监督
薪资待遇：
海上出勤830-1250元/天起，具体面试定
高温补贴：600元/月（属地化）
年终绩效奖金：100-160元/天
岗位职责：
1、按照钻井总监作业指令组织现场作业，如遇情况有变化或复杂情况时，及时汇报钻井总监，作 业期间对钻井总监负责。
2、按要求进行日常的现场巡回检查，发现问题及时向现场钻井总监汇报，并做好记录存档。 ·负责检查确认现场作业所需人员、工具、设备、物料到井情况及物料消耗情况。
3、负责日报、完工报告、作业动态预测、进度跟踪、来往料单等填写工作，保证数据准确、及时。
4、严格按照公司井控管理规章制度，履行现场井控职责。
5、负责做好钻前安全交底会议记录，填写每日生产例会和工作日志记录本，收集现场作业的各种工程资料并存档。
6、能独立完成项目组和钻井总监交待的施工设计、总结报告编写及其它工作。
7、对承包商及服务商惩处进行建议
8、对作业队伍服务质量评价进行建议。
9、对存在重大风险的工艺技术指令向总监提出异议。
10、对违反合同、设计、标准和规范要求的作业进行干预和制止。
11、对不符合HSE管理要求进行限期整改、建议停工
12、完成陆地期间项目组/监督中心安排的相关工作
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上，石油类相关学历;
2、沟通良好，应变能力强;
3、具备海上工作经验优先;
4、2年及以上钻井监督工作经验或者5-7年相关工作经验
工作地点：渤海

职责描述：
-Act as the Company’s on-site representative during drilling operations
-Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, well control standards, local regulations
-Supervise coordinate drilling contractall service companies
-Execute the approved drilling program, procedures, operational instructions
-Monitdrilling performance, well parameters, operational risks
-Ensure well integrity well control at all times
-Optimize drilling operations to minimize NPT overall well cost
-Review, approve, verify operational reports, time sheets, service tickets
-Communicate daily progress, risks, issues to the Company’s drilling management
-Ensure proper documentation, reporting, record keeping fthe well
任职要求：
Education & Certification：
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Geology, a related discipline.
Valid recognized Well Control Certification (IWCF IADC).
H₂S First Aid certification (preferred).
Any additional local regional work permits certifications, where applicable.
Professional Experience：
Minimum 5–10 years of drilling operations experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory wellsite leadership role.
Proven experience in onshore drilling operations within oil gas exploration development projects.
Priexperience in overseas operations is highly desirable.
Experience in the oil gas sectis an advantage, particularly in Missan, Rumaila, Halfaya fields.
Technical Competence
Strong knowledge of drilling engineering principles, well control, well integrity, borehole stability.
Thorough understanding of drilling equipment, including rigs, BOP systems, associated drilling tools.
Sound knowledge of formation pressure regimes, drilling fluid systems, well trajectory management.
Ability to identify operational risks implement effective mitigation measures.
Personal & Professional Attributes
Strong leadership, communication, coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure make timely, sound operational decisions.
High level of safety awareness commitment to HSE standards.
Physically mentally fit frotational work schedules remote field environments.
