租船经理岗位职责

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated experienced Dry Bulk Chartering professional to join our dynamic team. As a budget owner you will play a pivotal role in maximizing cargo earnings, vessel earnings expanding our business footprint in the international dry bulk market. This role presents a distinctive platform to capitalize on your market acumen, negotiation prowess, industry connections to enhance profitability cultivate enduring strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
• As professional ship operatin the market, must have ability to fix the voyage ensure the voyage profit.
• Proactively develop expour network with key players in the international dry bulk sector, including cargo owners, ship owners.
2. Voyage Planning & Chartering Solutions:
• Design propose competitive chartering solutions ffull-ship cargoes, integrating market conditions, cargo specifications, transportation requirements.
3. Contract Negotiation & Execution:
• Lead the entire fixture process fTCT (Time Charter Trip) TC (Time Charter) contracts, selecting the optimal charter party form based on business needs.
• Negotiate, review, finalize charter party agreements with counterparties (owners/charterers), securing the most favorable terms to protect maximize company interests.
• Possess thorough familiarity with voyage time charter contracts.
4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
• Conduct in-depth research analysis of dry bulk market intelligence, including supply/demdynamics, freight rate trends, vessel segment performance.
• Identify market opportunities risks to formulate data-driven chartering strategies fmaximizing vessel profitability.
5. Post-Fixture Support:
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to monitvoyage execution.
• Promptly effectively address any disputes unforeseen events during the voyage, applying knowledge of shipping law standard charter party clauses.

Key Qualifications
• Deep Expertise: Be familiar with dry bulk Market; 8+ years of relevant working experience in shipping prefer dry bulk.
• In-depth knowledge of dry bulk market dynamics, macroeconomic factors, trade routes, cargo flows, global broker networks.
• Good interpersonal communication skills teamwork spirit.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a self-driven, results-oriented approach, characterized by high self-motivation, sincere responsibility, the ability to think act independently under pressure.
• Good determination to make decisions.
• Fluent in English

岗位职责
1、借助公司西非至中国等成熟航线，进行中国-西非等返程件杂货揽货业务，联系港口、货代等渠道，完成租船、集港、报关、配载、绑扎方案设计、卸货衔接等一站式门到门服务。
2、扩展cape等船型船东资源、协助进行cape船舶期租及购买，构建自有运力并开拓国际租船货源。
3、配合业务需求，负责大宗散货、集装箱（铝土矿、石油焦、铝制品等产品为主）的租船，寻找不同货种不同航线不同船型的船舶，并控制船舶动态，合理安排船期，精准寻找船舶；
4、根据业务需求，评估进行期租等项目型租船的方案合理性及方案设计；
5、控制成本低于市场水平；
6、协调整体物流环节链条，确保正常运转，确保我司货权不受任何内外部影响可控；
7、负责各物流节点，尤其是国内外各港口的商务对接，涉及装卸费，靠泊，仓库情况，进出货协调等板块；
8、配合业务与律师对接商务纠纷等案件，对船舶，贸易涉及的海上运输法律熟悉
9、与国内外船东联系，处理与船东之间的各项事宜，与国内外代理联系，保证船舶在各港口顺利装卸货物。
岗位要求
1、具备相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，航运相关专业优先；
2、对物流管控有一定程度的了解和把握，具备灵活的沟通能力和应变能力；
3、熟悉各类船型和货种，熟悉项目物流、件杂货操作，具备较强的沟通协调能力、交际能力；
4、具备较强的沟通能力及文字组织能力。
