河南振华建设有限公司，成建于2001年7月。公司沿革：1979年获嘉县振华建筑工程公司由省建设厅核准为集体三级企业，1994年7月获嘉县振华建筑安装工程公司郑州分部和获嘉县建筑安装工程一公司合并，经省建设厅核准为全民二级企业，公司名称：新乡市获嘉建筑安装工程总公司，原振华公司郑州分部为：新乡市建筑安装工程总公司振华公司。2001年7月，获嘉县振华建筑安装工程公司和新乡市获嘉建筑安装工程总公司振华公司合并，组建成立获嘉县振华建筑安装工程有限公司，并通过了国际ISO9001：2000质量认证。2003年6月,获嘉县振华建筑安装工程有限公司更名为河南振华建设有限公司。公司现有职工1980人，工程技术和经济管理人员174人，其中工程技术人员168人，占职工总数的8.5%，高中级职称工程技术55人，占职工总数的2.8%；各类项目经理14人。
