Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital officially commenced operations in December 2013. Affiliated with Zhangzhou Zhengxing Group, it is a large-scale, non-profit tertiary general hospital integrating medical care, teaching, research, prevention, elderly care, and health maintenance. The hospital's overall planned construction area is 150,000 square meters, with a planned capacity of 1,600 beds. In phase one, 800 beds were established, while the actual number of open beds is 1,100. Over the past decade of development, the annual outpatient and emergency visits have reached nearly 550,000, with over 43,000 inpatient admissions and more than 15,000 surgical procedures performed annually. The hospital currently employs over 1,800 staff members, with more than 30% holding senior professional titles.
