任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业；
2、5年及以上物流行业或制造行业HR工作经验，具有500人以上劳动密集型企业的人事工作经验，对招聘、培训、企业文化、薪资、员工关系有实操经验，有较强的一线操作员工招聘能力；
3、掌握劳动法律法规实操能力，有较好的员工关系处理经验；
4、有一定的业务思维，能够协助业务分析和提升组织能力；
5、工作积极主动，良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，工作细心严谨。
