天水市第四人民医院地处天水市麦积区区府路34号，始建于1951年，其前身为兰州铁路局天水铁路医院。2004年移交天水市人民政府，隶属于天水市卫生局管理，为差额拨款事业单位。是一所集医疗、预防、保健、康复、教学为一体的综合性国家二级甲等医院。现为甘肃省肿瘤医院、甘肃省人民医院协作医院。是我市城镇职工、城镇居民医保定点医院、新型农村合作医疗定点医院、兰州铁路局职工医保定点医院、天水市卫生学校教学医院、天水市医德医风示范医院、天水市文明单位。现因医院快速发展，计划招收2011届毕业生。
