公司拥有脱蜡铸造工艺流水线、数控加工生产线，具备年产800吨精密铸件的生产能力。目前设备有浇注炉二套，铸造车间引进原装进口ARL光谱材质分析仪，喷砂采用机械吊喷、平台喷砂、滚桶喷砂、手工喷砂等，后处理车间配有2台100-500吨位的液压机实现铸件的全机械化整形校正，所有出厂产品均施行外观全检，重点尺寸全检。公司先后通过了ISO9001，AD2000 WO/W5 等体系认证。主要从事各种类型的不锈钢及碳钢五金零件、阀门毛坯制造加工等，产品达到我国冶金及国际有关标准，客户遍及日本、美国、德国、台湾等国家和地区，深受国内外众多用户的好评。
