Shenzhen Deren Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1989, mainly engaged in home appliances and consumer electronics, automotive-related electronic connectors and precision components, and Internet of Vehicles-related technologies. Deren Electronics was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2006, headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with multiple group holding companies, Sino-foreign joint ventures, overseas joint ventures, overseas trading companies, and overseas sales and service branches. Its R&D, manufacturing, and sales bases are distributed across 26 locations domestically, including Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Taipei; and across 7 locations internationally, including the United States, Italy, and Luxembourg.
Currently, Deren Electronics is divided into three major business divisions: the Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Division, the Automotive Electrical Systems Division, and the New Energy Vehicle Electronics and Internet of Vehicles Division.
The Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Division mainly deals in home appliance and consumer electronics wiring harnesses, connectors, and other products, which are widely used in home appliances, computers and peripherals, smartphones, wearable devices, LED lighting, and various other fields. The company has long-term stable strategic partnerships with leading home appliance companies such as Skyworth, Midea, and TCL.
The Automotive Electrical Systems Division mainly deals in automotive connectors, wiring harnesses, and related products, and has entered the supply chains of many domestic and international vehicle manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers, initially forming an automotive electronics customer platform including international brand customers (such as Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.), independent brand customers, and equipment customers (i.e., auto parts customers, including Bosch, Continental, etc.).
The New Energy Vehicle Electronics and Internet of Vehicles Division is a newly established business group, mainly focusing on Internet application services for automotive products. The company has established cooperative relationships with Pacific Insurance, Aoa Shared Car Rental, PP Car Rental, and Shenzhen Didi New Energy Vehicle. The company provides them with Internet of Vehicles equipment combinations and corresponding technical services, aiming to build a big data platform ecosystem and realize the strategic development of Deren Electronics' Internetization.

Chongqing Ruirun Electronics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established by Shenzhen Deren Electronics Co., Ltd. The company was established in May 2010, with a registered capital of 790 million yuan, located at No. 269 Jinjian Road, Bishan District, Chongqing. It is a professional electronic and electrical component manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and service.
In September 2011, Chongqing Ruirun Company purchased more than 100,000 square meters of land in Chongqing Bishan Industrial Park to build a factory area.
In February 2012, Chongqing Ruirun Company was rated as one of the first batch of key supporting enterprises in Chongqing's information industry.
Chongqing Ruirun Company's quality policy is "insist on quality first, meet customer needs".
