Guangdong Deli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (registered capital: RMB 100 million) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangmen Sugarcane Chemical Factory (Group) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 000576), located in Jiangmen High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Guangdong Province. It was registered and established on September 16, 2011, and is mainly committed to the research, development, production and sales of LED epitaxial wafers and chips. According to the company's strategic development plan, the project will be constructed in three phases. The first phase plans to invest RMB 835 million, building production lines for 20 MOCVD equipment for LED epitaxial wafers and supporting chip production lines. Upon completion and reaching full capacity, it will form an annual production capacity of 960,000 high-brightness blue-green LED epitaxial wafers and chips. At present, RMB 560 million has been invested, introducing 10 sets of MOCVD equipment, with an annual production capacity of 480,000 epitaxial wafers and chips.
